Terrible company to work with! I had a mice infestation problem. They came out and did a half effort job at "inspecting" the property for possible entry sites. Mostly my daughter said they just stood around in the front yard waiting for me to arrive. They slapped down a couple of bait boxes-- one in the front yard and one in the backyard on the ground. Mountain West Pest Control keeps harassing me, despite me telling them I'm not interested and even to be put on their "Do Not Call" list. They are constantly calling, texting, emailing and sending letters to beg for money. I used their services a few times and it was ineffective, at best. One of the workers on the last service had told me they were low on chemicals so they just sprayed water, he said it was his last day so he didn't care if the company was exposed.
