did a good job, very courteous and asked what we cound to be our biggest bug problem. Told us we would receive invoice via email.

These guys are great. They have me on a regular monthly schedule to get my lawn and bugs sprayed. They just show up when they're supposed to be here and bill my card so I never miss a payment. Super easy hassle free experience with them. They also came and cleaned my hvac system.

I had a disappointing experience with Bug Nappers. The service was originally completed on June 30 as scheduled, but I later had a technician return yesterday and spray my yard again without my permission, this isn’t the first time! I am not on any kind of program with Bug Nappers! I did not request any additional treatment, nor was I contacted to confirm or authorize another service visit. When I tried to address this issue, I called and messaged Cindy multiple times ,but my concerns were dismissed and my calls have not been properly followed up on. Overall, I’m concerned about the lack of communication and authorization for services performed, and I hope the company improves how it handles customer consent and follow-up. I will not be using this service again. I’ve used it for many years.

The bugnappers did not nap any bugs at my place, they cleaned our ducts, and were so lovely! Dryer vent cleaned! All air ducts cleaned! The house smells lovely, the technicians were so kind and nice to work with. Just excellent service.

Had them come and clean our vents and dryer vent today. Communication was great and they did a great job and got our dryer working properly again. Both my wife and I work from home and they were extremely considerate while we were on calls, working in different areas (even though it was more work for them). Nacho and Jerry were great. We really appreciate everything and would highly recommend.

I used this company for vent cleaning. Bryan and Jerry were both awesome! They were clean, professional, and respectful. They explained everything they did and made sure they answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Miles and Chase we very professional. They worked quickly but accurately and explained everything they did, showing photos of before and after. Great dudes to have to come clean your HVAC system!
