GreeniX always does a great job. Even though we always have different technicians, they take time to listen to our concerns and they consistently do a great job.

Cameron was knowledgeable, friendly, and he answered my questions clearly and with great ease. He clearly loves his job and interaction with customers. I hope he continues to serve this area and our home as well.

The technician was very thorough and let me know what services he was doing. He suggested some things to deal with the wasp problem we have.

Tayan was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Answered all our questions.

The initial experience with Taylor was great. However, what happened after was a joke. 4 different quotes times and the service requested and discussed was not what took place. I have a mouse infestation in my home. They literally put two sticky traps in my house when there are 4 entry points. I was told sticky traps, snap traps, what ever it took. I got two traps and someone would come by for follow up weekly or biweekly. When I asked the technician what the follow up schedule was he had no clue!! He looked at me like I was out of my mind and never heard of such a thing. Again, something discussed when I made the appointment. $400 plus I’m locked in to a year contract @ $50 a month. I’ll do better due diligence next time. Oh and the few holes they fixed, weren’t entirely covered with the copper wire looking stuff so I’m still getting mice in the same places I knew was coming in. Use a different company!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I want to start with thanking Chris at Greenix, he has been the only one to communicate with me after calling multiple times and trying to follow up with ANYONE to get answers and guidance. Otherwise, since the moment I signed the contract and paid for my services, it would take days to get a hold of someone, the phone number I called one day would not be the right number the next day. When I would get a person it would be customer service and they wouldn’t be able to help so I would have to wait for someone to help, often times never get a call back or get one days later. On top of this, my house has a serious pest problem. We were catching one pest PER DAY ourselves. When we hired Greenix the only feedback we got when they visited was “nothing caught” - so what did we pay for? Why are your traps not working but mine did? We also paid for a full service and we stopped getting rescheduling and phone calls half way through our service. I have no idea what we paid for, I’m extremely unhappy with the actual service, customer service and professionalism. Recommendation: do not use this company.

Greenix is the BEST, they've helped keep the mice infestation out of my yard. The technicians are personable. I have bait boxes around my home to catch the mice, the techs always check the boxes to see if there is any mice activity and send me a photo and even a smiley face of them too ( I love it!. I apparently deleted the last photo of the box ( they are keeping them away YEA) Thanks guys, I didn't like seeing the mice scurry in the house. You are GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Job well done!! I’ve always been pleased with their work. JT was so good today. I’ve encountered other companies and not been impressed. Greenix is fantastic!

They came and knocked down the wasp nest and sprayed the dust. Unfortunately they missed several of them (look close in the photo) and the wasps are not seemingly deterred. They also did the lawn treatment. They do inside and outside but they won’t touch an attic which kinda makes it not a complete service. Also the day after they came, I saw about 20 spiders and webs in a room which leads me to believe that any inspection for nest or anything else has not been conducted thoroughly enough to warrant my satisfaction. I will be canceling my service.

The service was great. They showed up on time and Tucker was very thorough explaining the product they use and how it works, etc.

Definitely recommend! Super flexible with when I was gonna be home. They even walked around my trampoline and inside my playground area which I’ve never had a company do, most companies only take care of the house!

So far so good! This was our first service. Salesman and technician were both great. Very helpful and transparent. Thoroughly explained services and treatment.

Bryson did a great job. He identified carpenter ants and other pest and treated them. He also pointed out utility entry points that need to be addressed. He was very helpful.

We keep using greens we never have hornets or wasp we can sit out in the patio without being pestered with bugs. Great job thank you
