I rent my house, and my property management company instructed this company to spray my yard. I have chickens, ducks, a goose, and a turkey that was in the yard eating the grass at the time their employee arrived who then chased them off the grass to spray it with weed killer and fertilizer. I wasn’t notified at all. I immediately stopped him when i noticed and he told me he was told explicitly by his boss to spray my yard EVEN THOUGH it was full of free ranging birds.

Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing green lawn!!! Results are and we’re fantastic! Communicated clearly and no BS!!! We will gladly recommend and use them over and over again.

I love Royal lawn fertilizaton and weed contro. I've been using them for a few years and have had every technician that comes to do the lawn treatment are fantastic. They answer any questions I may have. My grass has gotten thicker and greener since I started using them. I recommend them

They broke my gate and would not fix it. They told me they were coming the night before, I forgot to open the gate and they forced it open and broke it. They told that policy was if they could not get in they would not spray, but broke my fence and went in anyway. They said that they would say I have not paid their bill but I have not paid only this time they sprayed which last week and the previous month. I have been current until they broke my fence and now they say they are not fixing it because I did not open the gate. I told them if they were that desperate for money that they break people's fence to spray. Im sorry totally bad experience from their clumsy workers. Would not recomend.

I have used this service for many years with great satisfaction. When there has been a concern, Kay Nelson, the owner, has responded immediately to check probĺem out. Tony, my service technician, has been outstanding this year with good communication, customer seŕvice, and and a beautiful lawn even with a new Lab puppy.

I've had other lawn service in the past. They were not even close to what we have now. My brother in law commented yesterday, "this is the best your lawn has looked since you built this house 13 years ago." Tony serviced our lawn today. Polite, professional and friendly. Thanks guys.

Had another great experience working with Tony. He came by yesterday and put down about 90% coverage before running out of gas and having to return the next morning. I would've been happy with what he put down on day 1 but he wasn't, and I appreciated that. As promised, he returned first thing this morning and put down an extra good coat across the front yard, more then my money's worth. Thank you Tony, your hard work is noticed and appreciated 👏

I had Royal come and spray for weed control in my grass. I used to own a landscape maintenance business so I made a point to explain my expectations. After treatment the weeks in the grass never started to die if anything it was getting worse. I made it clear I wasn’t happy! They told me to give it time, after being frustrated i called on another company who in turn treated my yard. The weeds were dead in less than 2 weeks. I refused to pay the balance because i was so unhappy. They in turn reported it to collections even after several phone calls. I would be cautious using this company for anything.
