Phenomenal service from Jackson!!!! I called the company for a second round of a spring pest control treatment on our house. Jackson took his time, made sure to hit every crack and crevice, and was extremely respectful yet engaging during his visit. I truly felt that he carried the integrity and care about him that all service industry employees should have. He does Prime Pest & Lawn proud!!!!

Jackson did a very thorough job spraying in and outside of our home today. He was very nice and professional. Prime Peat Control service is the best pest control company we have used in Utah! We use to have a major issue with spiders indoors and now we don’t! Their customer service is excellent! They are willing to accommodate my schedule and I appreciate this especially when I need the inside of our house treated. I highly recommend Prime Pest Control Service!

I have my yard Treated, He did a great job and when I was out for my walk a little later, I saw him driving by and he smiled and waved. He was very friendly… That’s nice.

Skyler showed up, walked around one side of the property maybe did something, maybe not. Then sat in his company vehicle for 10-15 minutes before he left. When called back, Skyler asked exasperatedly “what services did he miss?” Then proceeded to haphazardly take pictures of himself spraying random portions of our house. He then left. When we reached out to the home office in Sandy, they never followed up or offered any assistance. When we tried to cancel our service, we were told that it would be a $199 cancellation. Great job Skyler!! All this for $5
