Tyler the Tech was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our concerns! The reason this is a 1 star is because of the Abbey, The EXTREMELY unkind self proclaimed office manager who has zero hospitality and capabilities of answering simple questions for a service we were receiving. I live in an apartment complex and she at one point interrupted me and yelled “I DONT answer questions from tenets and I have to talk to my office manager!” Sorry, but since when does my office manager have experience in pest control? I was simply asking if clothes had to come down from the closet? I was simply asking if we needed to remove food from the apartment. I know office help is hard to come by but this behavior and hospitality towards someone who is just simply concerned about the process is unacceptable. If you are the office manager of a pest company shouldn’t you be able to answer the simplest of questions without yelling I’m not going to talk to you all snarky like? From the time she picked up the phone to the time I hung up on her she was the rudest of all rude. Abbey I really hope you have a better day but your behavior shows a lot about the person you truly are… you are a power trip who doesn’t want to do their job correctly. Office manager, our complex partnership manager is now fully aware of your “professionalism”…

Terrible customer service. I called to ask questions about a recent job that was done and Abby refused to answer any questions.

Absolutely hands down the best customer service from Blake with the wildlife team! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He genuinely cares and takes his time to ensure his work is completed to the upmost standard. Highly recommend Bug Solutions for your pest control needs!

I wanted to update my previous review. Upon reaching out to regional leadership, I promptly received a call from a member of their team who was extremely hospitable and kind. Within the scope of what was permissible, they provided an update on the service records associated with my listing and offered standard advisement. This was the level of professionalism and communication I had initially hoped to receive from the office manager, Abby W. I truly appreciate that leadership is attentive and aligned with effective service protocols. It is my hope that their example continues to set the standard for stellar customer service across the organization.

Antorean (“Ant”) has been our bug man at The Ravelle at Ridgeview for over a year now, and we can’t say enough good things about him! He always goes above and beyond at every visit, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and the community.
