Tommy is a nice guy, responsible and reliable. I'm irritated by their aggressive bill dunning, which starts about 7 days after service. That's not enough time to pay through a bill pay service and get a check delivered by mail and credited to my account. No other service of any kind that I've ever dealt with begins dunning until payments are 30 days late. Overly aggressive duning is not customer friendly.

I have nothing bad to say about Jenkins! They have always been extremely nice, and on time. And we have had no bug issues since they have been coming to our house, we will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to friends/and family

I started out being very pleased with Jenkins. But recently had our annual termite inspection and wasn't home for the results to be discussed in person. Mr Jenkins left a message with my son that he would give us a call to discuss. After me and my husband both attempted to contact them multiple times and leaving messages to discuss the report, no one would call us back. I even emailed and did not get a reply. There were comments on the report that we wanted to discuss, but never got the opportunity. Would never recommend them to anyone because of this. We paid a lot of money for the termite treatment and deserved to be able to discuss the report.

Their treatments never worked. They did return for a follow up which also didn’t work. They were a no call no show on their scheduled visit which we took off work to be present for. The following day they were closed for 10 days which left us high and dry. Still no word from them. They did NOT leave a message as to my appointment being moved or why there was a no show no call though to save face they reply below that they did. Stick with Americare.

This company has a problem with there employees like to yell at their customers for wanting to cancel services. 1st you will not yell at me 2nd I will cancel when I want, and I don't have to pay. 3rd I'm reporting to the BBB on how you treat customers.

I paid for the services that they performed, which was one time,but they Keep sending me an invoice to pay a bill that for services not performed..I decided to go with another company, please stop sending invoices

Mr. Jenkins was very professional and thorough communication was great from the office as well. Hired this service then we had an issue not a big issue but for over a week the office was unresponsive. When they got back they explained to me they are semi retired and we’re on vacation. If it had been a big issue this would be unacceptable. We went with another company
