Steve Kraker with Ameri Care Services is top-notch! He is my go-to guy with any and all questions related to pest control and he is one of the most friendly and personable individuals I know. He is meticulous with his work, always educates me regarding what he is doing and why, and I appreciate that he pays close attention to detail (like using products that are safe around my dogs and closing the gates completely when he leaves so my dogs do not get out). What stands out most is that he genuinely cares about his customers and gets to know them on a personal level - he is such a joy to work with that I literally look forward to his visits for my quarterly pest service. I highly recommend Ameri Care Services and Steve Kraker for all your pest control needs.

Truck 3621 is a terrible driver. Speeding down and speeding up over and over on 840. Cutting people off, not using a blinker ever, swerving in and out of lanes, and easily going over 100 multiple times.

Great staff and the service is seemless. Otherwise what's the point? A no brainer for life without bugs.
Cannot recommend enough AmeriCare for your unfortunate below ground water issues at your home. Specifically because of our account manager Robert Bobbitt. This guy is one of the atypical sales guys these days because he will go above and beyond what is expected or honestly probably even what is required. Weird….I know. Just kidding, but it is very nice to have someone who is an expert in their field of work there to represent you and have your best interest as their #1 concern. Call AmeriCare and ask for Robert. You’ll see what I mean I promise!

Larry with Americare came today for my quarterly pest control treatment. He was very thorough and provided valuable information about the upcoming pest season.
Matt Murphy! He always goes above and beyond to take care of my home, keeping it safe from the creepy crawlies. He gives updates on what he is seeing and advises further action when absolutely necessary. He takes his time to follow process and never shortcuts his work. 10/10 recommend requesting Matt (the whole Murfreesboro team is great though).

Larry was our pest control technician and did an amazing job. He clearly explained the process and what he was doing every step of the way. We highly recommend him!
If I could give this company a negative 10 score I would. I have spent over $12k the last few years for an encapsulation with dehumidifier which they had to redo th entire encapsulation or most of it due to sticking the drain directly on the ground. The office manager daughter of the owner ( by the way owner will never call you back) is a joke she has zero customer service skills and doe snot able the work. I then had a sum pump installed, exactly almost 1 year old, again wasn’t working after few months they had to rework the trenching still wasn’t working then they try to tell me the sum pump warranty goes back to the previous work 2 years prior. Total bs they do shitty work and having redone every job thus far. I would never have used this company had I realized how they sell you one thing and then do not know what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS CO unless you want aggravation and your hard earned $ to go down the toilet. Also they tie your termite letter into a moisture warranty service fee and I cancelled my termite service w them did not trust their work then just a few weeks after I paid them $3800, they sent me a cancellation letter whom I thought was for the termite service because the title was “Termite”- they tried to tell me no beuno, my moisture warranty was void. Original paperwork dos not have the sum pump on the moisture warranty and this they’re trying to put that onto the 2 years prior old encapsulation work. Total bs I e contacted an attorney and I just hope other consumers do not experience the same w this horrible company.

As we previously discussed, your service warranty was later canceled due to non-payment, which ended ongoing coverage. <br><br>We take pride in standing behind our work and maintaining clear communication with our customers. If you’d like to again discuss options moving forward, our office is happy to help.
DO NOT use this company for anything. They will not stand behind their work. We paid them big money to encapsulate our crawl space and were paying them yearly for inspections to keep a warranty. Their worker came to inspect and left the crawl space door open. A SKUNK set up house in our crawl space doing major damage to the encapsulation we had paid them for. And we have been breathing contaminated air for a year. I talked to Janelle several times to give them a chance to stand behind their work and she refused to take responsibility. Now we are forced to hire another company to make the repairs. They owe me $3900 and if they stand behind their work I should be reimbursed. They also reported a dead bird stuck in the dehumidifier that might be damaging the fan, but made no attempt to remove it. If they would have used a durable weather proof vent hood instead of a $2 piece of junk the bird wouldn't be there in the first place. If I could give them a zero I certainly would.

Just an FYI- they request 5 star reviews upon the customer starting business with them for a "discount." Bad experience with my encapsulation from the start, and now years later, I've finally cut ties with them completely. Bad communication, bad service, bad installation, bad product, way too pushy with the yearly $128 warranty renewal. Go with AFS- you get what you pay for.

I have been a customer of Americare for several years. Recently, the technician accidentally fell through my ceiling on a routine service call. I completely understood that this was an accident . He called the company and was instructed to piece together the broken drywall with tape until they could get someone to my house to fix it. This happened on a Friday, so I was concerned it would not get fixed in a timely manner, so I offered the technician a piece of drywall I had at my house. I helped him clean the mess in my bedroom and hang the drywall. During the repair, I accidentally put a small cut into the trim close to the hole in my ceiling. A drywall repair guy came on Sunday to repair the hole, and did not have any drywall, so I gave him a piece of drywall I had in my crawl space. This same guy was supposed to come back and paint. After calling Americare for 3 months, someone finally came to paint on January 31. I was told that they would not paint the trim because I was the one who damaged the trim. The cost to paint the trim was $100. I understand that I cut the trim, but this would not have happened if the technician would not have fallen through my ceiling. To me, a company should do everything possible to keep a customer and make sure they are satisfied especially when they caused damage to their home. This has been a headache, and I am very disappointed in Americare for losing my business over a $100.
Run DO NOT USE this company! They are absolutely terrible! They incapsulated our craw space and put a dehumidifier in. The dehumidifier was never installed properly and I’ve had issues with it several times they will come out and do their yearly inspection and say nothing is wrong but I have another company come out yearly to inspect my plumbing and AC and every time they come they tell me it’s not running properly. Now the entire system needs to be replaced due to it burning up! Called them to let them know schedule an appointment no call no show! Now supposedly it’s not under warranty! Will never recommend them! If the system was installed properly from the beginning I would not be in this boat! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I have had this company as my pest control service for years. I had a quarterly service done mid April but still had issues with spiders. It is their policy that they will come back out if their product isn’t working at anytime in the quarter. I called and made an appt to retreat. I had to wait a week and a half but I live far out so that’s normal. What I can’t believe is they charged me for the return visit since I have my credit card on file with them. When I called the office to correct this, I was told they were leaving a message with accounting to call me back. No call. Emailed a couple times throughout the week. No reply. I was left with no other option but to file a dispute with Amex. Hopefully they can get an answer out of these people. It’s very unfortunate that they would treat a customer with years of history with them. I would advise you to think twice about using this company.
I don't know what happened to this once great company. I have spoken to the manager of all of these concerns in the reviews and I still feel like Ameri Care does more harm than good. They have poor communication and charge people without any explanation for checkups that they are supposed to provide. I told them I was having more issues and they said it sounds like everything is fine. They blamed technicians not showing up on dispatch workers that they let go. I told them that their technicians keep leaving my crawlspace open when they have no reason to go under there. And now I believe I have a mouse infestation. I would not let Ameri Care look at this issue because I don't need any new issues in my life. This year has been horrible with this company. Last year was great. I don't know what happened.

Second Opinion Made All the Difference - Cannot Recommend I recently contacted Ameri Care Services for a termite inspection. The technician arrived on time and conducted an inspection, concluding that my house had evidence of subterranean termites. He then quoted me in excess of $900 for treatment. While the prompt service was appreciated, I was concerned when no pictures or solid evidence were provided to back up this claim. Due to this, I decided to get a second opinion from another local termite inspection service. They were thorough and transparent, informing me that they found no indications of any termite or pest activity. This stark contrast in findings led me to question the integrity and reliability of this company. In good faith, I cannot recommend American Care Services for your pest control needs.

These are extremely nice and responsive people. However, their mole removal service just doesn’t work. We have had 5 scheduled treatments. We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution.

We've used Ameri Care for our home pest control for a few years and I've never had any issues with them or pests. They do a great job. They're professional and you get a full inspection report emailed each service. They're prices are competitive to all others. I would recommend using them for your pest control needs.
