We’ve used pyramid since our house was completed in 2021 Coffee County. Always good folks whenever they come to service our property. So honest! My daughter had bought a couch from Goodwill that was infested with bed bugs. Pyramid came to inspect her apartment for treatment. We ask pyramid pest control to evaluate and treat an active infestation of termites. For $1200 they placed 12 termite traps around the perimeter of our house. The problem with our investation of termites however, was in the crawlspace of which pyramid was aware. We asked them to treat this active colony but they would not do so. We think that the $1200 spent for pest control was pretty much wasted money. We are now repairing the extensive damage the termites caused while also having the termites chemically treated to eliminate the colony.

Hi Tom, we take termite work very seriously and were heartbroken when we walked into your home and saw the damage to your walls. We helped you clean and correctly identified the insects as termites after the previous company told you they were carpenter ants. We crawled under the house several times to show you pictures of the activity that had been underway for well over a year and we agreed on the bait stations as an effective strategy to eliminate the colony. The bait stations that we placed around your home were very intentionally positioned near the termite activity that we saw, to attract the termites and poison them slowly so that they would take the poison back to the colony and end the infestation. Spraying them can actually be counterproductive to this approach. <br><br>We are disappointed that you feel this way. I have tried to reach you several times to discuss our approach to treating the termites in your home. We would love to discuss in more detail with you if you are open to it.

Called this company for a quote about 5 months ago and they were the second most expensive pest control company. I found another company and Austin on a post called me a liar said that I never called him. Worst customer service Please DO NOT USE THEM if they are going to call someone a liar for not using them what else are they willing to do. To me this shows a true persons character if they are going to get mad because you don't use them!! You stating that you show no record of me calling how would you when my number is private, yes I will give a bad review when someone gets upset over a facebook post of me just referring the company that I use and my experience with other companies!!

We have no records of you calling us for a quote nor have you ever used our service. Nobody ever one time said you were a liar we just offered to provide you a quote when you posted that our prices were high but never called us. I'm sorry that you feel this way about my character but to me it says a lot about a person's character that's willing to write a 1 star review to a company that you have never done business with.
