I have used Ace for about the last 5 year's.In the past 6 months the communication with the office staff has been terrible. I have always had Saturday service. I called them to set up my normal appointment for Saturday the 16th. We have used Ace Pest Control for over a year now with no complaints, and we decided to use them for encapsulation of our crawlspace. We have been very disappointed with the process. We were told it would take 3-4 days and be completed by the end of August. At the end of that week we were told it would be the following week. My wife and I hired Ace to treat our lawn for mosquitoes. We spend a lot of time outside, because we have a garden and swimming pool. The mosquitoes were eating us alive! We would have 6-12 (or more) bites in 5-10 minutes and would either go inside, or spray ourselves with insect repellent. Our yard literally had the worst mosquito problem we have ever experienced.
