Today was our quarterly service, and as always, our Technician Peter, knocked it out of the park! I always get notification a couple of days ahead of time of when he will be servicing our home! The morning of our service, I received notification that Peter was on his way!. He is prompt, friendly, talked to the family upon arrival, and recapped his service once compete! Peter also provide some guidance on new issues that he observed while servicing our home! I received one last communication

Preston showed up right on time came into the house and looked at my thermostat for the encapsulation. He asked me about the batteries. I told him I’ll put new batteries in the one up here about a week ago and he said well let me check the one in the encapsulation area. He needed some batteries. I had the batteries so he put the batteries in the encapsulated area. it lights up now and I’m so glad we’re getting older and I have to make sure that my wife and I both know to watch that encapsulation

First, I keep receiving texts from Terminix techs saying they are coming to my house for an appointment the next day. These are appointments that I have NEVER requested. My original appointment, the technician did not show up within the time slot, and I missed time from work for NOTHING. Ever since they've been reaching out with appointment times that I have NOT requested. Tonight, I got a text from PHILIP CLARK saying he was coming to my house for an appointment.
