I can’t say enough good about them as the technician is always thorough and very nice and the ladies in the office are always friendly when they call to set up an appointment for my quarterly spray. I highly recommend them!! P.S…I never have any bugs!!!

Brandon, our Allied Pest Control technician, was professional, courteous, and thorough. He treated our home inside and out, including the attic and garage. He is the only technician that has cleaned the cobwebs along the soffit, facia, and eaves of the house! We were very pleased with his service!

I was not satisfied with the mole treatment service provided by Allied Pest. Given the cost of the treatment, I expected a higher level of follow-up and professionalism. Unfortunately, the technician left equipment in my yard and never returned to complete the job. There was no communication or update on the status of the service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

I continue to be very disappointed in allied. The technician emailed me saturday and ask if there's anything specifically that needed to be addressed . I told him yes.We have an ongoing spider issue around the house. Tech today sprayed around the flowers a little round the front door and left . But today will be the last day. I'm going to find a better service that is committed to taking care of the client. We've used allied for about ten years. They also have the termite contract on my home. They're not the same company they were before they sold. My daughter uses a different company and their Service is superior. They spray in the house and outside and clean up all the spider webs. That will be my new company

Hello, your driver cut us off and nearly ran us off the road just to pass a slow moving vehicle in front of him. This happened at 3pm in Horn lake, MS on Goodman road and Tulane road on 11/4/24. PLEASE take care of this so someone one day isn’t killed because of this person. Shortly after he did this to us, he did it to another driver and continuously did not use turn signals and kept speeding. Ironically, we were in the market for pest control but will absolutely not consider your company anymore because of this behavior.

This was a business that did a good job for years. Unfortunately they have changed and no longer provide a professional service. Sent a notification that the cost would be increased after being a customer for almost 20 years. Not a customer anymore!

Wasn't notified up front when i set up appointment that my regular technician was no longer working there. A total stranger showed up at the door, different uniform, different vehicle, different company name (Good Earth) Not very happy about being blindsided with changes I should have notified about. Not a safe thing to do when other family members are here who are still expecting and familiar with the previous technician.

Why would you charge another initial fee when we’ve had service before? I can see if it’s been 10 years since service but 1 year! Flat out greedy! Terrible customer service!

Been using Allied for a couple of years and to say that the first couple of years was better is an understatement. I've had an on-going issue with spider mites, brought it up to the technician when he was at my house last week and he said he would take care of it. In past years, I just directed the tech to make sure he focused on the mites outside and they were always addressed and no big deal. The tech last week hadn't dealt with Spider Mites before, and didn't use a insecticide that would kill them., so I called back 2 days later and was told that spider mites aren't covered on their pest list.... and because Allied hadn't been taking care of my house consistently - due to Covid - that they wouldn't come back out to reevaluate. Bottom Line - I'll be finding another pest company! Zero accountability and poor customer service!!!

Allied has sprayed my lawn for past two years. This year they decided to change their method and partially sprayed, partially grandular. I wasn't happy at the time they did this and I expressed it. This was done in April. By June I have fleas. Call them back about spraying and didn't want to do it the original way but they said they would come back out the next week . I wasn't given a time they would come. They showed up at 8:34 and rung door, which doesn't work. He left. I called office and they stated he had an 8:00 appointment with me and couldn't come back out till Monday, today is Tuesday. So I'm dealing with fleas another week over an 8:00 appointment that shows on camera he wasn't here till 8:35 and I didn't hear him. Missed him 10 minutes. Don't expect timely customer service if your not happy with the work they did. Not a Happy Customer. Will find another company to treat outside fleas.
