I had such a great experience with this company, thanks to Doug! They were super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure every detail was taken care of. You can tell they really care about their work and the customers they’re helping. What impressed me most is how they went the extra mile to make sure the problem was handled right and even shared some helpful tips to prevent it in the future. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in what they do. If you need pest control, I highly recommend this company — and definitely ask for Doug. They’re awesome!

I’m very disappointed with the service. I called and was transferred to Scott, who wasn’t available, and when I called back twice, they just ignored me. From the reviews, I can see this isn’t the first time—it happened to another customer too. I used to get good service, but for the past year I’ve had a lot of problems with spiders and cockroaches. My house is very clean (even the first technician who came said so), so that’s not the issue. I have two properties with Iman Murphy, but if they don’t fix this problem, I’ll have no choice but to change companies.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I was blind transferred by Kristina to Scott who wasn’t even available, and when I called back twice, my calls were ignored. I paid for a service that wasn’t completed—Hunter blatantly said he changed the traps in the garage, but he didn’t. I followed up with him by text, only to find out he was on vacation and couldn’t come back. Now I’m dealing with a trap that had a turtle caught in it and has likely attracted a snake to my garage. This is completely unacceptable. Services should not be marked complete or charged unless everything is actually done. I used to receive great service from Darius. James was great too.... the constant turnover (5–6 new techs) has really hurt the quality. I don’t feel like anyone is being held accountable, and as a paying customer, I deserve better.

UPDATE: This is our 2nd year with Inman-Murphy. We signed a contract for termite treatment based on initial interaction/inspection. I was scheduled today for our annual treatment. I overslept and missed the guy who came, but received an email on completion of services. Reading over it I see that he put that he treated for ants. I called the company to inquire, but to also request someone to come back out to treat the garage since it was treated last year and missed this year. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that because of Federal/EPA regulations, they cannot put that they treated for termites since treated the previous year. So that's why they put ants. Red flag went off in my head. Then, he stated my garage didn't need to be treated again since it only needed to be treated the initial year. Another red flag to me. Upon Google search of EPA/Termites... homes do not need to be treated yearly. Only annual inspections. Our home didn't even have active termites, he took a piece of drywall off (which we have to replace/fix) and showed where there was some previously. We did the treatment as a precaution. Being new homeowners, we TRUSTED this company to be experts in a field that we are not, and not try to get over on us by suggesting yearly treatments. They could have been honest and let us know that it's completely unnecessary and that inspections are only needed going forward. This is money we worked hard for and could have been used in better ways. They have completely ruined their reputation with me, and I cannot recommend them because of it. They do not look out for the best interests of the customer, but for the business itself.

I used Inman Murphy for many years and had wonderful service in Tipton co. Moved to Arlington and loved my tech until I learned he lied about spraying my property. I have cameras (front door) which he said he knocked on; backyard camera (where he said he sprayed) and front and back drive cameras, where he would have parked. Flat out LIED! My daughter is immunocompromised and is undergoing tests for possible west Nile. He may not have been spraying all along. Either way, he knew about my daughter and still lied about spraying. If she comes back positive, I’ll share with the news as well. The money has been taken from my acct for a service NOT performed. They are to come back and spray and issue a refund. (Which I still don’t see yet) My trust in this company is broken.
Not happy with your service. Twice tech says he applied applications when it was not done. My back gate is always locked, no one knocks on door to gain access. My camera never pick up anyone in front or back. Paying for services not done

We used them for years. After the original Anderson was bought out, The service was terrible. Needed multiple calls to help with mice and they never solved the problem. We had constant ant problems in the spring and summer (something we never had with the original company). The tech would come in and not really do anything when in the past they would clear webs and inspect everywhere. I eventually dropped them and went with a much better company that is cheaper, responsive and solved the issues Anderson could not.

We are actually thinking about terminating the services. I cannot get a bill sent to us via email or regular mail. We were told we are past due but have not received any invoices, prior to that we were charged for services we did not receive and took forever to straighten out. I talked to billing person who said something would be sent via my email and have not received (approx. 3 weeks ago). We don't feel like anything is being done that we couldn't do ourselves and save the church some money.

We did a lot of work prior to your company coming out.I pulled the drapes to the side,the furniture out,made sure closet floors were clear even moved the floor rugs for easy access.I always do this so that it is easy for the person that is spraying.It seems each time we are receiving less and less product.We got a squrit here and there ,so all our time was wasted in preparation. You have increased your prices and giving us less spray.I am very disappointed, I expect to get what I paid for.I expect a 90.00 charge to take more than 20 minutes to complete.
I went through two contracts with this company with monthly treatments, lots of money. The guys that came out Brandon & Paul were great but the treatment isn't working. I'm not sure what they are using but like I said it doesn't work. You can't tell me after 1k of treatments with a clean home that I STILL have bugs. I'm calling a different company & hopes that I can finally get rid of them. After Inman Murphy treats we see no actions for a few days then BAM here they come again....so disappointing with all the money spent!
The employees are very nice; however the services are ineffective. They came and sprayed multiple times after I continued to call back and I kept giving them another chance but they never effectively got rid of the roaches and other bugs. I told them I wanted them gone even if they had to come back daily. They would always come when I called however, they never called to follow up and check on if the treatments were actually successful. They did not respond to an email I was told to send with a picture of the bugs. Just go with another company because whatever they are using to spray is NOT EFFECTIVE.
