First, I keep receiving texts from Terminix techs saying they are coming to my house for an appointment the next day. These are appointments that I have NEVER requested. I originally gave this rating a 5 stars, but because Terminex didn't hold up their end of the agreement I had to change it to a 1 star after spending $1,600 for a bed bug treatment. The tech that came out to treat our house and he was out of the main chemical to kill the bed bugs and promised us he would return the following Saturday @ 8:30 AM., but he never showed or called after preparing our house again for his arrival.
