Professional, reasonable and pleasurable. Mr. Smith was very friendly and gave me a thorough understanding of his services and what services I required and were receiving from the company. Far better rate than major companies such as Terminx and Orkin. I am without a doubt going to be a reoccurring customer.

Josh was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up on time and answered all of my questions regarding other services, i.e., insect and termite control. As of today, all pests are gone! I know who I will call if I ever need an exterminator again.

There was a rodent in my bedroom closet I called Smith Pest control as soon as I noticed. The man I spoke with over the phone was so nice and helpful. He sent someone out immediately. When he came looked in the closet and didn’t see anything so he put traps and poison down throughout the house. I was left with a guaranteed 30 day warranty that if I saw or heard anything that they would be back out as many times as it took. The next day I called them back and the same guy came and long behold the rodent got into the poison and was dying in my closet. The young man got him out looked for where it could have gotten in and out my traps down. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to all who needs them.

We called over a week ago and left a message to make an appointment for them to come out and we have never heard from them. We chose this company based on all the positive reviews but we are very disappointed.
