Did a home inspection for termites on our house and said we had termites and there was evidence of tunneling. Had 2 other companies come out said there is no tunneling or evidence of termites. We had some water damage in the area proven pest control was referring to. This company just wants a contract and your money. Highly recommend Craig’s Pest Control or Fortress Pest Control. Both honest and hardworking companies wanting to do best by you.

I do not understand the high praise for this company. I contracted them to get rid of moles in my yard. I spent a lot of money and not once was a mole caught and they only came 3 times, and left traps in my yard. My dogs are still digging in the yard, with no Proven results from this company. I called a couple of times and they sent a person out once and I never heard from them again. I do not feel that I can leave even 1 star for this company.

I don't know if they are good or not but their van is fun. Zombie rat, my kids loved that driving through.

Tried to get a termite inspection for a house purchase, never showed up. Tried to get a refund and they said the bank processed it. My bank doesn't see anything and despite multiple phone calls to my bank and Proven nothing has been resolved. This has been a battle. I will never use this company and I will recommend that everyone avoids Proven at all costs.

We continually use Proven Pest in our real estate business. They are fast, efficient, and priced better than everyone else. We will continue to use them!

Shockingly bad service. After paying over $500 for a contract removing squirrels in my attic, I called them back when the issue continued - the were happy to come back and do more to solve the issue - for an additional contract of over $300 dollars. They also told me I needed to call a roofer out to put chicken wire over my gable vent, which I did for another $300. Now I find out that squirrels and rats can both get through chicken wire easily. I was so optimistic when talking to these folks, that they could solve our problem per their contract - the either could not, or would not - but they certainly did not. Meanwhile, l lost a huge amount of money that I now need to pay another company to actually solve our issue.
