I haven't used this company yet but I happened to see a technician outside his vehicle today. I had some questions about pest control that have been on my mind and approached him. He was super friendly and professional. He was more than happy to answer all my questions and offer advice. His name was Jackson and I would highly recommend his company based on his knowledge, attitude, and professionalism.

The worst experience I have ever experience in my life!!!

For the second straight day I sat at home waiting for a "scheduled" visit by a Presto-X technician, and twice the technician has FAILED to show up or call me. Don't use this pest control company. First off, they are very unprofessional to tie up a customer's time and not have the courtesy to even notify me that they couldn't make the appointment. They are difficult to contact by phone. I ended up talking to some phone operator in Pennsylvania, and I live in Memphis, Tn. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

I was trying to call and report a driver ,and the receptionist hung up the phone me while I was trying to make a report. If you ask me this company have some pretty rude and ignorant people working for them. They also don't care how they treat customers. Take your business elsewhere.
