We use Nu Era every Thursday and they are sooo efficient and also send professional, pleasurable Employees to our Community. Our Favorite is Alexandria... she works hard and always gets the job done in a timely manner. She definitely deserves a raise and we would like to continue seeing her at our Property! If I could give no stars I would . Unprofessional and the "boss" is very rude, and doesn't know how to treat or talk to his employees.

They are unprofessional and do not care about the residents. I asked for pictures and documentation of what was done in my home, and the email that was sent looks like a 6 year old could have written these remarks. Nothing was detailed, and I did not receive all the pictures and videos. I would not suggest anyone hire this company. If I could give a 0, I would.

Nu Era Pest Control is a great company and has always been a stand up company. I would recommend this company to anyone or business that has a pest issue.

I would like to give a big shout out ms. Cathey Parker from nu era. She is a very pleasant lady. She was the technician on-site at the local apartments. She did a awesome job. This company needs more cathey’ s .she really takes pride in her job.

Was driving on 240 in Memphis and the driver for the company was speeding and almost lost control in front of our company van and could’ve caused an accident! You may want to talk to your drivers about safety on the roadways. No pest problems are worth losing a life over!!!

Had a flea problem in my apartment, tried to use other companies and got told that they couldn’t spray because of my apartment contract. So I had to use this company because they work with my apartments. Since I missed the day that they usually come to spray at my apartment and needed immediate help, I called them and told them I would pay whatever to get them to come same day and spray my unit. The lady I spoke with said they would try to make it work because a tech would be in my area, and that they would ask him to work our unit first. She said she would call me back later that day to confirm and pay I assume. Never got a call. No one ever came. I call the next day as soon as the office opens and leave a message with my information explaining what happened and left my number. No one ever called me back. Had to come up with my own solution. It makes sense that this is the company my office uses because they do the exact same thing. It takes months to get anything done and no one can help you, says they’ll call you back and then never do.

Yusuf is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything he did, educated me about termites, and told me what I need to do to protect my house. The price was excellent.

My tv was damaged by one of their members of staff. In order to carry out the work my tv had to be removed from the wall and in the process of the service my screen was damaged. I have a crack & lines going across the top of my tv screen. I was unable to watch the person perform the work as the chemicals were too strong for my baby & was advised to stay outside until he had finished and stay away from the home for an additional hour. When I returned home I found a very large crack on the tv. When calling the manager the next day, he was extremely rude & refused to hear what I had to say. He informed me that the employee was his son in law & had a degree and a very good person. I was extremely shocked by the level of professionalism and furthermore, I did not try to discredit the employee but only point out that my tv was damaged whilst he was in my home. I understand that it was a tricky situation and was very fair however, the customer service was below standard and he did not care about what I had to say or my belongings. I’m now left with a damaged tv and no accountability from New Era. I advise anyone to watch & protect your personal belongings because the management here do not care & would go as far as; to call you a liar! Firstly, I’m not a cheat or thief that I would not try to cheat you out of a tv! I’m not here to discredit the business however, when you’ve worked in customer service and know good from bad I have to express my feelings and experience because I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I’m going through now. So sorry New Era but I’m not a liar or cheat. My tv was damaged by your son in law! He either knocked it with the ladder or his tool box whilst I was outside and unable to watch or protect my personal belongings. Use a company who put customers first! Not call them liars & scream st them.

Great people and do a great job.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received yesterday. The exterminators came in well mannered with their uniforms on. Inquired about the problem what type of bugs we saw and how to exterminate them. They offered to come bCke very week to kill them off. They were extremely knowledgeable about the different types of water bugs that are common in this area and where they came from. They sprayed behind the refrigerator and washer and dryer and outside the door. Because these were high risk areas. I loved the service and knowledge they exeburated
