I phoned this business. Three days in a row and several attempts the voicemail kept saying full and wouldn’t take a message. This morning I call and Peggy answered. I explained I’d like someone to come to my home and give me a quote. She then answered with, “you want what now?” So I repeated why I was calling. She ask for my address. Note: I SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. I gave address and spelled the street name four times for her. She still couldn’t get it correct. I then went with each letter of Street H like Henry O like Ocean M like Michael until I had spelled my streets name. SHE STILL DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I hung up. Anyone that can’t even comprehend the street they need to come to probably isn’t a reliable business. Don’t even waste your time with this business!

I have used Murrell pest for bug control. 4 times per year. No fuss. They come on schedule and spray. Works.

I switched to Murrell pest control many months ago. Not because my prior company had been bad or anything but because they seemed to have forgotten about me when they merged with another company. Not so with Murrell. They come when they say they will and contact when necessary. I'm on a maintenance path with my pest control needs and even in a state like Florida where there's no shortage of bugs, I really don't get them. I have a theory that if you eliminate the bugs you don't get spiders. It seems to hold true. I'm very glad to be with this company and the people who work at this company. Reasonable effective and timely. Truly a five-star.

Got an appointment immediately. Service was very effective. Reasonably priced.

Had a few bugs inside, they came right out sprayed outside again and came inside used a paste. Haven't seen one in three days. Good job!!! Thanks!
