Brent, my technician arrived at my home on time and was neatly dressed with a smile on his face when he opened the door and answered all my questions that I had about my pest problem. They used to be great until they were bought by Allied. Now we have to call for our quarterly service and their customer service rep is super rude. The guys that do the work are always nice, but definitely doing the bare minimum. It seems like they threw out all notes about the existing customers when they sold the business and now we have to give them our whole back story every time. We had to call about a misunderstanding with our last service after the guy left and the rep refused to help because her GPS says "he's still there working" even though he'd been gone for over 20 minutes. It's like they are actively trying to shed customers.

Today Good Earth came to provide our quarterly pest control service. The man who came was very polite, on time, and thorough. But shortly after he went outside to spray, the door bell rang again. I had been up all night due to my mom being rushed to the hospital the day before, and I was overly exhausted. As I got up to rush to the door, I was reeling. I fell to the floor, crashing against our living room fireplace. The man outside, who I later discovered to be Jeff Anderson, one of the pest control managers, rushed in to help me get off the floor. But not only that… due to my fall, a large decorative vase that sat on the floor in front of the fireplace was now shattered. Mr. Anderson cleaned up all the debris from the broken vase and swept the floor clean! Talk about going above duties call! For the love, concern, and care that this gentleman showed to me, I shout to him and Good Earth, THANK YOU!

first of all when someone came to look at my sofa for bed bugs he said they where fleas. a few days after thanksgiving i discovered my sister had bed bugs so i knew that it couldnt be fleas. so i told the apartment manager rt send them out again and recheck my sofa. he said that i may have had bed beds. i believe the only real treatment i got was the first one because every treatment after that nonthing in my apartment has been touched. there is a total of 4 treatments. im just blowing my money because they are not treating the sofa im not sure what they are spraying. the beds nor the sofa which is where i experienced getting bitten by a bed bug.

Contacted Good Earth last year to replace my previous pest control company. In the beginning, they were very responsive and on the first time out, they were very thorough. Afterwards, I have had to call just to keep them on track with quarterly scheduling treatments as they were not contacting me. For this month's, August, treatment, the tech that showed up was rude and acted as if I were an inconvenience to him. Not only that, he did a half-hearted job and then lied about what was done. I contacted the office and requested for a re-service and a different technician. I also had to remind Good Earth that I pay for my service contract, it wasn't free, so needless to say, I expect good and timely service appointments. Hopefully, they will get better.

Horrible company. Was supposed to come out and canceled twice with a lie/excuse. Would recommend no one use this company.

Been a customer for 30 plus years and have never had to call back for retreat. They show up when they say they will. Would recommend to any home owners

Our neighbor referred Good Earth and the salesman was very kind and the prices were reasonable compared to some other quotes we'd received. I also liked that they used a gentler mosquito treatment. We went with the full package of termites, pests, and mosquitos. That was about the best of it because after that it's been nothing but frustrating. Lots of rescheduling and multiple people calling to reschedule in the beginning without knowing other people were calling to reschedule for different days, lots of no shows on their part, two times I've asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me but he's never called, when they come out to do the mosquito treatment they wouldn't do the full property-some would only do the front of the house while others might do the front and side but wouldn't even touch the backyard. There have been a few times where I've seen the employee only do the front and when I ask him about the backyard he would lie and say he did it. Just because they say they'll do something does not mean it's true, you definitely have to follow up. As others said in their review, I have to call them-they make it sound like you're on a rotation but that has not been my experience-if I don't call, they don't come. I do not recommend this company at all.

Just started using this group based on a Nextdoor recommendation. So far so good. The technician that came out was super friendly.

On time. Efficient. Answered some of my questions about relaxing crawl space door and dampness under house.

Good Earth is very familiar with me, as I work at one of the properties they spray every week. I'm always calling with something and they are always there to fulfill in a timely manner. I would also like to give a shout out to Toriano Jones. Since he's been coming here, he has been great at getting things done and have an awesome personality to match! They just dropped off & installed traps & do not check back. Also do not refund month when they fail

SUCK. They come in and make one spray behind the stove and leave. The apartments are still full of roaches.

Good Earth is not a reliable pest control company. When question them about service and mention you will be looking for another provider they make up bills and threaten you will litigation. I was told owner doesn't take well to threats like that. I wasn't aware looking for another company was a threat, thought that was a choice. Nevertheless paid all invoices they stated we owed and now we can move on with a more professional company.

We've had to use their services three times now -- the first two times our rep was too busy talking about World of Warcraft to properly handle the procedure. The last time took at least a week of calling them to schedule. When the appointed time arrived, our rep came by and simply left a card in the door reading "We've taken care of your pest problem!" These people are unhelpful, unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to ANYONE. Unfortunately we were obligated to use them; hopefully you can make a better choice.

since april 2012 good earth has handled my brown recluse problem until recently and could not stop them from entering my apartment today (and thank goodness the apartment complex management co) changed to another pest control co and they have done in 1 month what good earth couldnt do in over a year dont use good earth, they are not reliable
