Fairway Lawns of Memphis

I was using another company but usually had to call them back out for one reason or another. Fairway Lawns happened to send a text saying they were in my area and asked if I wanted an estimate. They gave me a bit of a better deal and promised that I would have the best looking lawn. The first application didn’t seem to wilt a single weed. We called them back out and we still have a great deal of weeds that we didn’t have before. I’m willing to give them longer to get it right but we’ve worked hard to keep the weeds down and are disappointed to see them popping up.

Lawn tech is always friendly and discussions about a particular weed or plant reveals he has studied.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel all services with Fairway. My technician would come and forget entire sections of my yard. Even after I called and requested he come back, the sections were still left untreated and the weeds are now out of control! He never called (would come while I was at work) to clarify if he didn’t have a proper understanding, although I’m unclear how he could miss this mess

Makes sense now why I have not received a call from managed of Fairway Lawns. They are owned by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners which is an equity arm investment group. Not locally owned! ********************************************* July 13 the technician showed up and did a good job. I appreciated him finally being schedule to come out and service my lawn. I still have yet to receive a call from a manager explaining what happened and how they are going to make up the June application service that was missed. It is July 17th and still waiting for a manager to contact me. That would be appreciated. ********************************************** I paid for an entire year of services. They performed two treatments and May 3rd was the last time they showed up to do a treatment. I called them on July 9th to find out why they have not treated my lawn and they had no answer. If I had not called them who knows how long it would have gone on before showing up. Customer service wanted to argue with me that they were not behind because they didn’t bill me for the treatment. Their sales pitch about their company was you have to be consistent with treatments and that is how you stay ahead of the weeds. Well it is 9 weeks since the last treatment and still no call back from a manager to address the issue. You cannot say the price is fair if they don’t show up to do the work. Have called three times in two days to talk with a manager to get this resolved and still no callback from a manager. It is now July 13th and still waiting on a manager to call me back!

Fairway is always great at servicing my home. This last appointment was the first time I had to reach out to the tech (Jonathan) with a question and he responded to me promptly and answered my question with ease.

Fairway Lawns happens to be a good lawn service. They are respectful of the property. They’re very attentive in letting us know when the next lawn service is scheduled

Horrible service overall. I had a pretty good lawn and just wanted to prevent weeds. They have completed killed my lawn. Called multiple times and was supposed to have a rep call with no phone calls whatsoever. Hassle to cancel service and they still keep showing up and have to tell them to leave.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

On-time spraying of the lawn. Grassy weed control works. Crab grass, dallis grass and johnson grass not effective.

Can’t ask for better service! They are all friendly and do a thorough job. We still have some weeds but not as many as we did before, so we are making progress.

Very happy with fairway lawns! My technician is doing a really good job! Bought a new house last summer! The previous owners did not take care of the lawn my technician & I have worked hard to rehabilitate it and I’m amazed at how it has responded! Feel like I’m far ahead of where I thought I would be after only half a season! My girlfriend is amazed at the rapid improvement!
