I used Weed Man for approximately five years and really wanted the service to work. Over that time, I generally followed their recommendations for fertilization, weed control, grub treatments, fungus treatments, and other services with the expectation that, after several seasons, my lawn would become healthier, fuller, and greener. Unfortunately, after five years, I’ve seen very limited improvement and ultimately don’t feel the results justify the cost. I mentioned my concerns to technicians on several occasions, and there were discussions about having someone take a closer look at problem areas and possibly adjust the strategy. However, I never felt there was much follow-through or direct involvement from a supervisor or lawn-care specialist who could really evaluate why the program wasn’t producing better results. I do want to give credit to the technicians who came to my home. They were consistently courteous, professional, and pleasant to deal with. My disappointment is with the effectiveness and overall value of the service, not with the people performing the applications. After several years of giving the program a fair opportunity, I decided to cancel. I was also a little surprised by the fairly high-pressure effort to convince me not to cancel. I understand and appreciate a company wanting to retain a customer and make things right, but after five years without the results I was looking for, I had simply reached the point where I wanted to try something different. Overall, good people and professional interactions, but based on my experience, the lawn-care results simply weren’t strong enough to justify the investment.

This is my lawn after several months and hundreds of dollars of treatments from Weedman Knoxville. They’re very interested in getting their money constantly sending Bill notices, etc. but they don’t seem quite as interested in actually looking at your lawn and treating weeds.

I am very disappointed in this company. This has been an ongoing issue that they do not want to fix. I have cameras at the house which there are spraying for mosquitoes (this is a weekend lake house, therefore I am not there most times they spray) . On the days that this company has come to spray, my cameras have not gone off one time which shows me that they are not spraying like they originally told me. I called last month and asked why and was given the reason that they don't spray the grass just the trees and shrubbery, my response to that is I have two trees in the front of my house where my cameras are and have seen no one spray them. I have asked many times for them to spray under my deck where I know leaves and moisture are which is where mosquitoes thrive and they will not do it. I tried to give them one more chance and again today they come to the house( I know this because someone knocked on my door and the camera caught it) but my cameras did not show any spraying around my house. I understand they can't spray my entire yard and have never asked for that but I would like to have something sprayed. I WOULD NOT WASTE MONEY on this company. I pay $65 for one house and $75 for the other based on the acreage but they don't even spray the perimeter of my house. VERY FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED!!

This company adds so much stress to your life. you always have to go behind them, double check and make sure theyre doing the job right, of course they wont so then you have call multiple times a week to complain, they dont like to come respray for free when they didnt do the job right the first time. Even had supervisors come out and document the property and take notes. Probably not the supervisors fault, its the idiots they have that spray that dont listen or know what to do. They LOVE to stripe the lawn, I guess the kid that sprays doesnt know what he already sprayed as hes doing it. They also dont get everything you talked about with supervisor during a walk of the property, so pointless to even have them for anything else except for complete kill of everything in bed control, (gravel driveways)

Matt Garcia, technician, has performed the last two services and was courteous, informed us what treatment being applied (fertilization, lawn pest control, etc.) and did an excellent job. Weedman technicians are well trained. We have been Weedman customers for 6 years, almost 3/12 at current home. The lawn was in dire need of improvement and we depended on Weedman again! They offer the total package to develop a lawn you will be happy with. Lawn care is not a once and done job and we recommend their service!

We started using Weed Man after working with another lawn care company for three years. Despite repeatedly pointing out our problem areas, the previous company was never able to resolve the issues. Within our first year with Weed Man, our lawn became lush, healthy, and nearly weed-free. The difference has been incredible! My only regret is that we didn’t switch to Weed Man sooner.
