My technician missed his window which is fine if he’s just running late, but it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. No one answers the 24/7 customer service line. I tried to call all the national numbers I could find on Google as well as my local office and no one answered. Oh and even though I pay every month I have to ask them to come every other month otherwise they only come once every two months is that crazy or what? Our entire experience with Orkin has been awful from the word go. When singing up I was told that during our first home visit a tech would be inspecting to see what all needed to be done as well as cob web removal. Literally none of that happened. Ever.
