Tony of Russells Pest Control did a thorough termite inspection including checking the bait traps inspecting the interior of the home and even the crawl space. Highly recommended.

We've been extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the account manager, technicians, and office staff of Russell's Pest Control in the Knoxville/Pigeon Forge area. We reached out for an extensive and expensive treatment when carpenter ants were discovered in our cabin. We contracted Russell's to not only treat the ants, but install a perimeter product as well. This included several visits where lights were left on, doors were left unlocked, and instructions that were very important were not followed, in spite of office staff repeatedly assuring us that there were notes on our account. We chose this company based on reviews, but as out-of-state owners, we would not recommend Russell's at all.

Billy was thorough and professional as well as friendly. We are very pleased with Russell’s Pest control. Over the years they have taken care of fire ant hills, ants in the mailbox, mice in the home, and this year, earwigs! They are always prompt when I call with a problem.

The employee that came out was very nice. I had some changes made on the house. Even though hed been out mthly for yrs he still listened to what I had to say and did exactly what I asked of him. He was very careful not to get the solutions on the windows because he said it's hard to get off. Yet, he sprayed what he needed to. I hope the cost doesn't go up so I can continue my service! I'm very happy with my service!
