Technicians and receptionist are always extremely professional, helpful, and friendly! They always explain options thoroughly if there's a problem and do not push unnecessary services. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I've been with Massey Services for over a year now, and this was my second treatment with them. Dylan Shinsky arrived ON TIME, and even called me to let me know first. He did his job VERY thoroughly, and when he was finished he explained what he saw, did, etc. I am PLEASANTLY impressed with their service THIS time, I saw results IMMEDIATELY!! I say THANK YOU to Dylan and the rest of Massey for the service u provided, I could not be happier with the results (my husband either!) Just wanted to give a shout out to Dylan Shinsky! He was very respectful and nice! He was early and kept me updated on when he was on his way and when he arrived! He did every place I asked for and did his job the way I expected it to be done!

Can’t get ahold of anyone but this driver was extremely reckless cutting off cars and on his phone. Should be a friendly reminder when you are driving a company car to watch what you do. If you don’t drive with respect or care for those around you trying to get home to their families, I wouldn’t trust you near my home.

I have used Massey Services of Knoxville since they acquired Marvon Pest Control approx 18 months ago. Our technician, Chase Gosney, has been doing our pest control since November of 2023. He has always done a good job, but I wanted folks to know when he came out Monday 10/28 he went the extra mile. I was concerned about ants around our house foundation. Chase made sure everything was all totally treated and both of our attached porches also. Massy is blessed (as am I) to have Chase on their team! Thanks Chad! Teresa

This is my 2nd property that is serviced by Massey Services. Chase is my technician for both houses and has always done a great job. He really is knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions about what my properties need. Thank you Massey for having a great staff!! And of course great services too!! Highly recommend!!

We have had brown recluses in our home off and on for a few years now. Most recently we have called in this company to eradicate these pests as we were unable to do so on our own. The new (new to us) very knowledgeable technician did his research on various sprays and options to treat them properly. He did a thorough job inside and out. I was very impressed of the extensive measures used to insure our problem was resolved. Side note, he was so friendly even my unpleasant dogs loved him! If you’ve been debating about which company to use, look no further and ask for CHASE.

Had initial termite Gaviscon install today from Katie as well as initial pest control service with Chase. Both were extremely polite, kind and friendly. Highly recommend!! These employees of Massey are FANTASTIC!! Alex, the new account person was also very kind and accommodating. Great work so far Massey!! Thank you all!!

Chase has been our best technician yet. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. He takes care of all of our pest issues, and I can truly see a difference. You need more people like Chase. Keep up the great work.

I highly recommend Massey for your pest control! Their customer service is absolutely fantastic! Troy got back to me with an inspection of my property within 24 hrs and provided me with an affordable quote to bait termite traps at my family's cabin. When they went to service it, the gate to the property had been inadvertently left locked -so they had to walk the long driveway to the bottom where they were met with a creek that had overflowed to due a storm the night before and the morning of. They rolled up their pant legs, walked through the water and serviced the property! I'm in awe of such amazing customer service! Thank you, Massey!

I called for a very bad roach infestation, and some bed bugs in a fixer upper I just bought. Troy and his colleague were very understanding of my situation and budget and offered a good solution. Chase was in charge of the treatmen, solved the problem, was flexible about scheduling, and reactive with communication. It’s been a couple weeks that the treatment is over and so far I did not see a single pest. I am also very clean and worked hard to bring the house to a livable condition, of course. They have been courteous about payment, so I think the few bad ratings they had in the beginning were just an accident. I will update if I see signs of non- eradicated infestation , but so far so good! I think you can trust them. Thank you guys!

*EDIT as of 10/19/23, resolved to 4 stars: the Regional Manager reached out to me the evening of my posted complaint to resolve the issue. He was understanding and very apologetic. They remedied the issue by assigning me a consistent staff member who is communicative, helpful, and shows up when she says she will each time since the initial problems. I told him I would be happy to edit my review when it was clear that my concerns were noted and remedied. My issue was solved, the fleas are nowhere to be seen, and my home is being serviced exactly on time. Thank you, Massey, for the hard work! It’s disappointing that it took all that to get here, but I respect a company who can work to make it right. This company is abysmally disappointing. I’ve used them for the past 3 to 4 years when they were Insight pest control. Ever since they merged or changed to Massey Services, it has been absolutely disappointing on every level. I have expressed to them multiple times that I have to have notification prior to them doing services because my animals have to be put up. Each time I’ll call and remind them that I need need a couple days notice, they continue to show up at announced. The result is me having to tell them that they don’t have access to the backyard and only getting half of my service. The most recent time I had a day’s notice but it was raining when they came and they said they couldn’t do the service and to call and reschedule. I’m at three weeks passed the original day I rescheduled for. They never showed and when I called, I realized that, without my knowledge, they scheduled me for a different day at a time I wasn’t available. I was frustrated with that and ask him to please reschedule me on another day when I could put my animals up. They told me they would call me once they spoke to the manager and they would get me on a different day. No one ever called me. I had to call back again and get another day scheduled. They scheduled me for this past Tuesday which was July 4th. I was going to be home and I figured that they were working on that day since they scheduled themselves. Today is Wednesday and they never came yesterday. I just called just now to ask them what the deal was. They told me it was a holiday and they don’t work on the holiday. Can someone please tell me why they’re scheduling work on a holiday if they don’t work on a holiday? This business absolutely makes no sense. I can’t get calls back. I can’t get scheduled work done. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. I am immediately switching to literally any other pest control company. I cancelled my service just now and shouldn’t have even waited this long.

Overall, a disorganized experience. This company never showed up for service any over the summer, but were billing us anyway. They also never ran the card on file so service wouldn’t get interrupted, but it stopped anyway. Meanwhile, we have an ant and mosquito problem that needed treatment. Do not recommend. Switching to a competitor.

Austin an Chase came by and cleaned up all the sounder webs and applied granules. Really nice, polite and professional guys.

We had our yard and house treated for bugs as well as mosquito treatment. Michael was very thorough in the house and very comfortable and respectful of the space while our kids and dogs were wrangled during treatment.

Had a gentleman come out and he did a very thorough inspection of the house. He even went into my crawl space. He was incredibly knowledgeable and great with his explanation of the needs and concerns of ours. I believe that the termite protection is second to none and just gives me peace knowing my new house is protected. All and all I just couldn't have asked for a better scenario. I feel very good about my decision.

I have to admit Massey has really impressed me with their service this time. I have been educated about termites. I have some real confidence now that the termite problem will be terminated ! The crew is really professional and so nice. I will update the results in a couple of months also

This provider was hired for spider control as our house is surrounded by woods on two sides. Their treatments were completely ineffective. I reached out to this company on 05/26/2023 and cancelled their services. I was told that there would be no additional charges. I was contacted by a manager on 06/02/2023 in a retention attempt. I declined their offer and was again advised there would be no additional charges. Yesterday (06/03/2023) another charge was placed on my card for $59.00. I have disputed this charge with my credit card provider. I would not recommend their services to anyone as their business practices are unethical.

They get ahold of your credit card number and bill every month even though they do not come out every month. They ignore requests for service and subsequently requests to terminate the contract.I have reached out to cancel my service via text, phone and email all of which went ignored. I had to report disputes on my credit card for services not rended after I terminated. I was awarded the dispute. I then received a nastly letter stating they haven't heard from me for the deliquent amount owed for the services not rendered. Called to speak to the Knoxville office and the lady who answered the phone wouldnt put me through to the general manager becuase she wanted to help me. After explaining everything to her, she had no response and hung up. I'm anticipating an ongoing fight to get them to stop charging my card.

They come out and maintain my home but have recently been out for extra visits when I had pests show up. They are very courteous and knowledgeable and take care of the issues immediately. Their pesticides are very effective and they respond to all my requests!

Immanuel was super helpful and answered any questions I had. Very professional and on time!

I was treated properly and all of my issues have been resolved. I would contact these people again if I needed some more help.
