This place could careless. Called about a dog lose in our apartments and was biting kids .and was told call someone eles I said they are closed he said we'll I don't know what to tell ya lol smh so unprofessional.. 11-31-25 6pm just incase the owner needs to know who took this call time date 📅 😉 thank you

I have rental properties and although I’ve had my share of crazy repairs, this one was new! A groundhog was tunneling underneath the foundation of a property! Home remedies were not doing the trick so I began searching online for a critter catcher. I chose Kayden after calling several local companies. His price was by far the best! I am so glad I did because he did a great job! Came out to the property quickly, laid the trap and within hours we had caught our troublemaker. He kindly left the trap over the weekend to make sure there wasn’t an additional critter then came back and sealed the hole with concrete. We were able to accomplish all of this through text communication and Venmo payment! Simple and straight to the point! Hope I don’t need him again anytime soon, but definitely know who to call if I do!

The business I work for called Kaden from Volunteer Wildlife Control because the first place we called didn't show up. Kaden came at the agreed upon time and took care of the job which was a bird nesting in the side of our building in a matter of minutes. The price was incredibly reasonable, and we will be using Volunteer Wildlife Control for any other wild animal problems we may have in the future.

Was paid nearly 400 to catch a skunk that is under my house, came out , caught a few things, was informed the skunk were after was still under the house. That was a Friday, was told will be back Monday to reset traps, and never came back. Still keep smelling and hearing the skunk under the house.

Do not use this company. I was charged a $365 fee upfront for nothing. I had a groundhog that was “not caught” because Kaden had no interest in trying to catch it! I had no contact unless I contacted him. For over one month I had no contact, and I had to make the contact to find out what he was planning on doing next. It just so happened each time I contacted him “I was on his list for that day;” but a no show. He, as another review stated, did not make it to my house “because of his daughter.” I caught a rabbit in the trap, which I set free myself. He brought a camera by and left it set up for a few days, came and picked it up, and set the trap at the opening where the groundhog was going in and out of “with no grapes, etc, put inside the trap.” I had to contact him and ask what he saw on the camera and he stated all he saw on the feed was a “lot of mice.” I set mouse traps and have yet to catch one! I am not actually sure if the camera was really working. I asked if he would look at the minor damage the groundhog had made to the board on my deck (even though it had happened the day before I initially contacted him) and to make the repair (because he had done nothing to earn the $365). He said he would look at it, and his contract stated that he would make repairs as well, but of course he never got back to me. I texted him after a couple of days regarding the repairs and, to date, he has not responded! This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I feel my money was just stolen from me. I am retired and on a fixed income. This company should be ashamed of taking advantage of people which is exactly what I feel he has done to me. Under the circumstances, I want a reimbursement of my fee, and this is a request for it! Do not use this service.

Called these people Sunday April 28th 2 times and left a message 1 time. Google says they are open 24 hours a day. Never heard back from them Sunday or Monday. Don't know why.

Charged my 95-year-old mom over $3400 to remove raccoons in attic, remove all old insulation and replace it with new up to R-30, treat with insecticide. Well he got the raccoons, pulled out some of of the insulation (no where near R-30) and did not fix the roof (he developed vertigo). On top of this one of the workers put a hole in the ceiling which was never completely fixed. The last visit to the house to patch the ceiling he was rude and obviously put out at having to fix anything, did not clean up the mess he made, and never came back to smooth out the patch as promised. I asked for a reimbursement in part because the job was not completed. Crickets... now we have the same problem all over again and will most definitely NOT be using Volunteer Wildlife.

Took my money and ran. Trapped one vermin, and swore he'd be back. Called several times to have him come out to finish over the course of a couple of weeks. First few were met with promises that never came to fruition, and eventually he just blocked my number.

Hired to remove squirrels from an attic of a rental. He went to house called with quote, told me he was going to set traps the next day. Tenant called and said no one had been by. I called and he said he was really busy with his daughter this week and couldn’t talk, he would call back (don’t really know why he answered the phone) Never heard from him. Bizarre. I really should have checked his reviews. I found another company that did a great job! Would not recommend Volunteer Wildlife Removal due to lack of communication, broken commitment and unprofessional.

2 yrs ago I was on medical leave from surgery & heard scurrying within an outside wall. I called this company and made an appt. for the next morning. No one showed up. I called back the next afternoon and was told that they lost my name and number (red flag #1). Finally showed up, talked loudly & seemed to be in a hurry. He blamed my problem on mice (wrong) charged me $425.00, up front, for a little crawlspace door & 2 or 3 mousetraps. Took over a month for nothing. He was incredibly rude and totally unprofessional.

Had a morning appointment and said they would be here between 8-10am and never showed up. Disappointing since I stayed home waiting on them. Should be a zero score.

The don’t answer the phone

Came by very quickly after calling them, and the owner was friendly. Good service and only place I found that was open on weekends. Will definitely keep this place in mind anytime I need help with animal removing or anything similar.

I had a snake crawl into a basement drain outlet this weekend and called a few companies on Sunday. Kaden was the only one who responded immediately and came out to my place within the hour. He promptly removed the 6ft long snake. He then screened up the end of the drain to prevent it from happening again. Really nice guy and knows his business.

Just picked up a barn find and while cleaning it found a snake under the hood. Called Kaden and he let me know about some things I could do to take care of the problem on my own. I'm TERRIFIED of snakes and had already had a mini heart attack after seeing it sitting there on top of the motor so elected to have him come out to see what he could do. I guess in my excitement (ok I SLAMMED the hood down and screamed and ran in the other direction) I may have frightened the snake and it re-homed itself. Still Kaden looked around the car. Under, over, through and tried a few other tricks to make sure he was confident (and I was confident) that it was gone. He was even gracious enough to put some repellent out AND search the nearby shrubs to make sure it wasn't going to jump up and bite my entire face off! Seriously! Give these guys a call. Quick, professional and very courteous. Worth every penny for the peace of mind I now have.

Super responsive, came to pick up the self-caught skunk, and hauled him away. Very professional and quick to return my call.
