Started using Valor about 4 months ago. They’ve worked with my schedule, always helpful and accommodating, always on time and of course always do a fantastic job.

Rebecca B of Valor Pest Control delivered an excellent pest control service to our home on 03/25/2026. Shee was right on time, and was very thorough while servicing the inside and outside of our home. We were seeing hornets/hornets nests in the eaves of our attice and Rebecca went through and sprayed the repellent material carefully throughout all of our eaves. She also sprayed for millipede/centipedes. Rebecca completed the service all with a very polite and engaging manner. I highly recommend Valor Pest Control who strive to provide the best service available. Rebecca was great!!

She went above and beyond what we have ever received. She explained the process very clearly. She mentioned they will spray in crawlspaces, attics, garages, storage sheds, etc. They clear webs to help disrupt spider activity, too. We couldn’t be more pleased with Rebecca or Valor Pest Control. We anticipate a long-lasting relationship as they perform our Quarterly Maintenance going forward. Update: Sean Moore was my technician this time and was just as wonderful to work with as the others! I am consistently please with my service and the scheduling flexibility here at Valor. Highly recommend! Rebecca Bowman just came to complete my first quarterly service. She was just as lovely and professional as the gentleman who came before. She even called when she arrived and completed the interior and came back the following week as it had been raining to do the exterior! Absolutely love these guys! We had a wonderful experience with Valor Pest Control! We recently moved in to a new rental, and I had seen a couple of large palmetto bugs and freaked out. I called Valor, and spoke to Meghan who got us on the books and talked me through the whole process. She continued to communicate prior to the appointment. Tiny called to say he was available to come even earlier than we had scheduled and we were texted in advance with a ETA. He came out to the house and did a wonderful job! He was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to ensure the house was properly protected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services in the area!

Valor is my go to for Pest control. They are way cheaper than all of the other companies around - and their product actually works - and the technicians are amazing. Valor Pest Control is one heck of a company to deal with. They provide great service and you can tell that they love their customers. Valor treats us like family. Sean came out to do our quarterly service and let us know exactly what he was going to do and made sure it was done right. Very personable technician. Our Valor Pest Control service was excellent today. Cameron Woodall was outstanding. He was professional, a good communicator, and through in his treatment application both inside and outside our home.

I have used Valor Pest Control for quarterly service for over a year at my Johnson City, TN home. No signs of insects inside my home since I started. The only bugs seen in the garage are dead ones. I have not needed to call between sceduled appointments. My tech, Cameron, is polite and efficient. I would recommend to anyone needing residential pest service.

We've had such a positive experience with Valor Pest Control for several years now. They take the time to do the job well and will investigate and take care of any issues we may have or think we have. Sean was super helpful today. We really appreciate the professionalism we always receive.

although he was very nice. he walked in my house worn no booties. i didn’t have him do carpeted bedrooms. he also drove so quick into my driveway that i jumped up to see how close he came to garage door!

These cats go door to door trying to poach customers from other pest control companies. Not illegal. Just frowned upon. You'll notice the big 3 in pest management (Terminix, Arrow, Orkin) don't go door to door to try and solicit business. That's because they don't have to. ;)

Showed up at my house multiple times and was told 300 a month.
