Robert was very professional and performed a thorough termite inspection. He clearly explained our options and the pros and cons of each type of treatment.

Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, punctual, and detail oriented. He wore shoe covers and was very thorough with his inspection. He provided detailed information for my concerns and gave me options. Michael did a great job! He listened to us and was attentive to our concerns. We would have him come back anytime! It is helpful being at home for service so they can access the inside of the house and address specific concerns.

RAYN is terrific. He provides thorough rodent/ pest and insect control (off-season at this time of year, so less expensive than Spring/Summer when carpenter bees are included). He is very pleasant, reliable, and efficient. I appreciated that he got started on the work when I wasn’t immediately available — he has serviced the property multiple times and was familiar with our particular needs. Thank you.

My technician seemed to do a good job, although he did not speak to me to review his findings before he left my property. That said, he did leave a form on which his findings were noted. However, I had to call the Truly Nolan office to clarify an illegible notation made on the form.

Robert came out this morning and was extremely professional from start to finish. He took his time looking around my home, checked every area thoroughly, and gave me honest, straightforward advice about what was going on. I really appreciated how he explained everything clearly, including the treatment plan, the pricing, and when they could come out. I feel a lot more confident moving forward after his visit. Highly recommend!

I have had them for a few years and they bill every quarter and they haven’t even come out to spray unless you call and this time when I called I’ve been cancelled 3x times because they only have 3 techs and it’s frustrating. The first time I called to get service they said they would let the office know. 2 weeks passed and I didn’t hear anything so I called again and they said they don’t know when someone can come out but will let the office put it in the schedule so they can get a tech out. A week passed still nothing. And then the 3rd time I called I got put on the schedule for Friday . Well I got cancelled cause of illness. Monday they were supposed to come and got cancelled again and decided to cancel them completely. I understand people get sick but they need more help or something. Go with a different company if you can.

I tried to schedule an inspection. I called and asked for info. Lady said she'd forwarded my request to a tech. Shortly after I recived an email stating they'd be by the next day for an estimate. I needed to talk to someone to schedule a time. They rescheduled for The following Monday. Said they'd call to set a time with me. I left the basement unlocked and put the dog up. Guy shows up texts me "I'm here" I was in a dead zone and not able to respond back right away. Guy never got out to do inspection. Never left a hanger on my door or an Email. I had to call the office again and the lady said tech was unable to reach you so he left. How hard is it to pick up a phone and actually set a time to meet with a customer? Another frustrating thing is there was no way to talk directly tk the tech I had to keep calling the office and get the runaround
