Do not sign up with Terminix. I have been a customer for 6 years. This Knoxville office used to be helpful and reliable. Now getting any assistance is an absolute nightmare. You will call the local number and get rerouted to a centralized service and have to be transferred at least once, often twice. You will be told you're going to get a call back to schedule and you will not get a call in a timely fashion (if at all). Often times you will wait on hold indefinitely and no one will answer f

I wish I would have read the reviews before I tried contacting them. I had the same experience. The other person had. On the phone on Thursday ask me would I be available Friday between 10:00 and 12:00? I said yes then when I called back on Friday she told me the appointment was still scheduled and she would reach out to him to see why he had not shown. He did not answer her call.
