The people at Cook’s ( from the sales rep to the service techs )were professional, respectful, and helpful. Their first time installment rate is equivalent to another company’s half price sale (termite inspection). Their yearly rate is a little more than that other company. But, the demeanor of their people conveys quality and excellence. I feel my home is in good hands.

First I would like to say they started with my lady and tried to get one over on her rite out the door but she showed she was a woman not a child then they proceed to check to home for bugs while going to area locked down for over a year anyways we agreed to take service and then that’s where the nightmare began after we paid them almost 1600.00 for service they quit responding and ignored us now for 5 days 3 being business days and they think it’s funny when your life is in bags and shambles you can not get a straight answer from one single employee at this point and my services still havnt been done and still working on getting a schedule day
