PestOPS is the best!! Great value and even better service! All their technicians are friendly and courteous. They will return promptly if re-treatment is necessary, but that isn’t really very often. We are particularly pleased with the mosquito control in warmer months.

Mark and the whole crew at Pest ops go above and beyond for there customers. I was stung three times while mowing my lawn and decided to reach out to Pest Ops based off a recommendation from one of my colleagues. Upon arrival, they identified an underground yellow jacket nest. While treating the nest, they also performed a general pest service. To be clear, I called regarding what I thought to be was some type of bee, but no other pest like a mosquito, spiders, etc. As discussed over the phone, the owner assured me that they had no problem coming back out to re-treat the area, free of charge, if I noticed any more yellow jacket activity during the 30-day warranty period. A few weeks later, I reached back out because I noticed yellow jackets still in the area (within the 30 days). At this point, the owner back pedalled and added caveats to the initial guarantee and said that it would be an additional service charge if the activity came from another hole/nest in the back yard. I expressed dissatisfaction considering there was no mention of the warranty only applying to a specific hole/nest when we spoke over the phone, or in person; only the treated area. The owner and I went in circles over semantics and there was no honouring of the original agreement. Lesson learned and I will not be doing business with this company again.

I've used Pest Ops for about 3yrs now. Some techs were better than others, but yesterday my tech Jonathan Hood was a pleasure to have come and serviced my home. He got the job done, was professional, kind & very interactive. His knowledge & honesty were appreciated. I'm hopeful he will be the tech coming for future services 🤩

Great sales guys, very convincing. We bought the top line service. covers everything monthly treatment. Said they would even do some sealing and weatherization over winter. We haven't seen them in months! It's supposed to be a monthly service. Impossible to get thru to anyone on phone. They tell you one thing if you do get thru and then don't hold up to their word. Don't waste your money! Awful. My husband will be treating our home himself Update as of August 2021 They gave us 4 months free to make up for the missed months. Shows honesty. They hired new techs that preform better. They still don't communicate well though. Don't call if they need to cancel.. Updating to 2 stars.

My apartment place uses Pest Ops. They have been to my apartment 4 times to treat the place for pests. The first time they stopped by was very professional. They placed a couple traps and left me a note letting me know they were there. The last three visits however, none of the traps were swapped out for new ones (even though they were basically filled with bugs) and there were no other signs of treatment. It seems as though they walked in, left a note, and walked out. I understand these particular pests can be difficult to get under control, but at this point it definitely seems like they just can’t be bothered, which is a shame. I would be far fetched to use Pest Ops by choice. It would be very helpful if they would leave a *real* note telling you what service they provided, instead of these fake ones.

Way overcharged me for service at my Daughter's home, was suppose to come every Friday for 4 weeks then once a month thereafter - technician only serviced the kitchen on first and second visits, third visit did not show, after several calls finally came out and this time serviced the kitchen and bathroom, never saw or heard from them again - called numerous times to speak with someone about getting some of my money back so I could locate another "more reputable" pest control company, left numerous voice messages - NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!

We have documented and GPS tracked time and date of each service, and a call history for the dates no one was home to allow entrance to provide the agreed upon work. We would be happy to help serve your family, but do require a partnership in pest control, and requested for the property to be ready to treat. Totally missed the mark on a Home Inspection prior to a Home Sale. Report cited no wood pests such as termites however their inspection process is cursory and visual as opposed to exploratory and probing. Termite damage was present on the widow sill behind the drapes/curtains. Pest Ops owner never moved them or looked inside area. During the course of a living space upgrade extensive termite damage was discovered across three walls requiring the replacement of doors, headers, 2 x 4's, all wood products along the base. Very ugly, very nasty. To top it all off, Pest Ops Owner admitted he missed but yet the next hours peddling products and services. Unless they radically change their inspection procedures then do not use them or follow them closely otherwise money will be spent, decisions made, all in a wasteful manner

Laurie Travis, we appreciate your honest review. We have updated our termite inspection protocols. This is one of the hardest services in our industry due to the building materials involved. Painted surfaces and walls can hide tremendous amounts of damages. The only reason we could encourage you to have a pest service is to protect your family, pets, and home. We do warranty all of our work.
