Had an appointment today from 2-3pm and no one showed. I called and there was no appointment ever made. Last year the rep said he showed and did an inspection, even though we never saw him and he said he found no signs of termites. Found out today that he’s no longer with the company. Go figure.

Jack was the most outstanding and professional pest control expert you could possibly work with. He solved all of our problems and guided us through each step. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been using Otis Termite and Pest Control for five years. I had a bait station that was cracked and I called Jack Canter and within the hour Nathan came out and fixed my problem. They are very professional and have always completed what they promised. I have been very pleased with their service. Solid company with a great staff.

Extremely Disappointed! We’ve been using Otis Pest Control since September 2024, and not once have they completed a full service as promised. Appointments are often missed with no call and no explanation. When we do manage to get someone out, the service is rushed and incomplete. On top of that, customer service has been nothing but frustrating—unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. One of the employees who didn’t show up was unprofessional and disrespectful when confronted. We gave them multiple chances, but this company has been a huge letdown from start to finish. Avoid if you value reliability or respect.

Over the years, I’ve had quarterly pest control treatments from several different companies, and while they all kept bugs out, they often left behind an overwhelming chemical smell. Otis’s treatment is the first that didn’t, which means no more headaches from lingering odors. And whatever Carl uses—it works! We’ve had his service for a year now and haven’t had a single issue with pests. He’s always willing to come back and retreat if needed, but we haven’t had to. Oh, and as a fun bonus, we even got a Christmas card from Carl’s two dogs!

We had service with Otis and the people that came out to treat each time would provide a last minute notice or show up when we weren't home. Also, we had issues with them regarding payment. They kept saying they weren't getting our checks in the mail and would not work with us regarding different payment methods. They cancelled our account and refuse to reinstate us because of the previous payment issues. I offered to put a card on file and they still refuse service. We didn't refuse it- the 2% fee using a card, we just used check to avoid it and the new guy who took over spraying for us would just take off instead of getting the check whenever he came by. We even told him to let me know before he left and he would take off.

I have been using Otis for over 30 years. They do my yearly termite inspection and retreat as needed. About 3 years ago I signed us for mosquito spraying once a month. I have a large yard with lots of trees and woods around me. With all the recent rains this year mosquitos have been bad. Jacob and Michael do a wonderful of spraying for me. Noticed mosquitos getting worse and contacted Michael and Jacob to come spray since my granddaughter was having a birthday outside this weekend. Michael stopped by after his last appointment of the day to spray where I needed. Both Jacob and Michael are always very upbeat and friendly and always make sure I have no bug concerns. Jacob contacts me each year to make sure I'm on his list for the season which I appreciate. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication!!!
