The company left a very positive feeling when I made the initial call to schedule their service. That feeling still exist some 6 months later. Very knowledgeable and professional people. The service techs explained what they were applying on each trip and provided tips on what I could do. Great people & service. Highly Recommend.

They gave our lawn a fall treatment in the middle of the July heat and burnt all the good grass. All we have now is crabgrass which they said they treated multiple times but didn’t. We only had them do a small section of our front yard and it is ruined and embarrassment of the neighborhood. The back yard that they didn’t treat looks much better. At least it has grass! We asked them multiple times to honor their guarantee but they didn’t. UPDATE: they have been working to try and improve the lawn now. It is better but still has a long way to go to be back where we started.

I decided to take a flyer on the tree and shrub service last year. I didn't have high expectations, and the cost was reasonable enough to take a chance. Wow, this spring my trees and shrubs (I have an extra city lot for perennial beds, trees, and shrubs) bloomed brighter and more profusely than ever! I'm sold on the clear value of their service, and I have asked them to be sure to contact me in time to renew without interruption.
