Time ago i asked Steven to spray my back and front yards really well because mosquitoes are all over during the summer. By chance i observed him today from a window. He did a great job! He walked slowly while spraying, making sure my many bushes get enough liquid. In summary, Steven works very well and follows the instructions i provided. I am very satisfied with Steven and Mosquito Joe.

Updating my review from last year. Steven showed up today for my first treatment of the year. I have a large yard, and took the time to walk my property with me and address my areas of concern because I have a dog and ticks are bad here. He made the effort to pay special attention to those areas when treating. He is personable and has a caring personality! From booking my appointment, changing dates, to being notified before he arrived, this service is so easy! Last year we were finally able to go out without worrying about ticks or mosquitos, so I wanted to get a head start this year. This is my second treatment and both times, the techs, were extremely nice and friendly, and did a great job spraying my yard. Steven explained what he was doing to ensure coverage will get the mosquitos and ticks.

I watched the sprayer person from my windows this morning. Sprayed about 25% of the area around my house. Seems to have very little training about where mosquitos might breed. Sprayed the high and easy to reach areas and ignored the lower areas. Our back porch, where we spend most of our outdoor time, received no attention.

All was good, but got called to a different job after telling me he was on his way and did not let me know. I sat waiting for one and a half hours for him to arrive. Communication is very important with me. Otherwise, I have no problem with anybody there
