Called and got a date for an inspection with Aaron, and decided to go with Honorguard after meeting with him. Set up a date for services to start and this man never showed up. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he said his wife's grandfather was ill but still to this date even after I texted him, no response. Definitely not good business.

HonorGuard has been our pest service for a number of years. Matt has been a great technician. We rarely see any pests in the house for which we are thankful!

Everyone in the office is very nice and our technician Cole goes above and beyond! We have been dealing with a mouse (or several) in the house for about two weeks that we can't catch but know they are there because they leave evidence behind. I texted Cole and he made a special trip to set traps for me. He went in the crawl space and moved things in cabinets looking for evidence of where they might be hiding. Came when he said he would. Knowledgeable of product and insect habits. Odorless/pet safe products. Cleaned spider webs from outside of house.

I’ve been a customer for a long time, on regular quarterly basis, they have been good for me and my needs. But now man they are super. The technician Tyler is the best, he came out and performed services that they say they will do, was very cautious with wearing protective covering on shoes and gloves, took care of the inside and outside of home, grabbed the spider webs outside and all. Highly recommend these guys. Aaron has been good to work with the Knoxville manager. Can’t say enough about these guys. Much better than the other guys that you have to finance the contract with lol. Give them a shot and their work will speak for them. Honor gaurd the best defense for your home.

Cole is the actual best, does a great job and is always professional and helpful.
