It seems as if the "technician" has no manners whatsoever. My boyfriend and I had literally just got home and were in the middle of dinner when we heard the door knob rattle. Before the *technician* even knocked he was trying to just walk in my house! I refused to answer the door and he continued to rattle the doorknob before knocking. After he left, we noticed his card sitting inside my screen door and the outside windows streaked with sprayed chemicals. Now I'm going over my windows again with Windex. None of my other windows were sprayed just my screen door and my living room windows. If you're going to spray do it correctly. I should NOT have streaks and spots where the chemical ran down my windows. (Every time I did allow y'all to come in and spray, the technician sprays around stuff, skips sections and is over all very unprofessional.)

I’m sorry I’m just now replying. This has just been brought to my attention. I can’t seem to find any records of your service. Could it possibly have been under a different name? I apologize for your bad experience with our company. If we can do anything to make up for it please call our office.

In the past they were great recently, they are working so hard to run off customers, 2 1/2 months no show, technician is sick but someone else needs to cover his cases. I have to find some else to bait for rats asap
