I'm so happy! I had so many problems with the cockroaches, but they've improved a lot. I thought they'd only come once, so it was a surprise, and I feel like it's a good price for how often they come.

I called to find out what Epituer Pest Solutions had to offer and talked with a very nice lady who gave me a lot of information. I scheduled a service call and met a great gentleman - Brian Walker. The service performed was very thorough and effective. We found all kinds of dead bugs and spiders around the exterior of our house the next day. Good job Brian! I highly recommend this service!

I cannot recommend this company enough. It's a small family owned business that goes above and beyond to educate and support people trying to take care of any bug issue. The owner is highly educated on insects from both a behavioral and biological standpoint. We are so grateful for their help with our cockroach issue and advice for keeping populations down for other pests in our yard like fleas, mosquitoes, and ants. We will DEFINITELY be calling them again if we have issues.

Called them to come out for a mouse issue. Responsive and helpful. Called a few companies and most wanted to sell a subscription for products I didn't need. Epiture was interested in solving my problem not selling me something I didn't need. Highly recommend.

Called for a rodent issue and I have had the best experience! From the initial phone call to the visit at my home, I have been met with kindness and knowledge that I truly feel like I can trust in. Pointed out the entry points that need sealed, used steel wool in a few gaps, and left out bait boxes to help put an end to the problem. They are even going to follow up in a week to check on the situation. Exceptionally happy!!

We cannot say enough great things about Epituer Pest Solutions. We have used them for several years whenever we have an issue. The owner performs the treatment himself and customizes it to your home. Bryan is knowledgeable; even has a degree in entymology! They listen to your needs and take care of your pest issues quickly and thoroughly. We have added their mosquito treatment service this summer, and we are now able to spend time enjoying our back patio! We highly recommend Epituer.

They walk into your home without knocking making themselves aware that Employee and the supervisor lies and says they were not there when I watched their employee walking to an apartment they do not follow their policies and regulations this company is a joke if I could get them a negative star I would

At this particular apartment complex on a normal routine, we notify the office on our day and time of visit and we meet the complex employee at the location as he knocks on the door and gives us access. Today, we were at the location doing a follow up visit for this specific apartment from service we had performed last week with the tenant on site. On our way to the apartment today we texted the tenant as we normally do for our services for homeowners or when dealing with a specific tenant at a location. He informed us no one would be at home today and told us to go ahead into the apartment and perform our follow up visit. My apologies for your concern and you can check with the tenant at the complex and he can verify our communication prior to entering his apartment. By no means do we just show up at homes or apartment communities without prior communication and when we do and have not been told to go ahead into the home we knock several times and ring the door bell prior to entering.
