Michael, the technician, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Our conversation was comfortable and easy, and I truly appreciated how approachable and respectful he was—it felt like speaking with someone I’ve known for years. Today marked the first professional treatment, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was—especially important to me as a 26-year-old first-time homeowner managing a tight budget.
