Technician was friendly, did a thorough job of cobweb removal and pest control. A catchy marketing scheme was used throughout our neighborhood with the use of a stand on scooter to commute from home to home while dressed in patriotic apparel. They got out looking for business and from the presence of their trucks in our area, they got some business. I recommend them to all.

Val was absolutely wonderful and so kind and sweet, and extremely knowledgeable of the products they use and the plan on attacking the pests i have. The biggest was addressing my ant situation in my yard. Explained how exactly they would attack and the process and usually its a once a month but they will again attack 7 days later because of the amount of ants in my yard. Val was very professional and transparent with any and all charges and whats covered. Highly suggest teaming up with Colonial pest, and if your lucky enough to get Val, you will know what I mean when I say she is absolutely lovely person. David
