I have used Action for years, and I wouldn't use anyone else. I've had problems from Asian Lady Beetles to mice, to those awful stinkbugs, and these people make sure to handle the problem fast. I have animals, and they are always reassuring that they are safe with animals coming in contact with anything they come in contact with. They answer all questions I have and are affordable!

Action sanitized my crawl space (removed mold, insulation, pests, laid down new vapor barrier). They did an excellent job and provided an excellent value. They had to use a heavier gauge vapor barrier than they quoted to me, but didn't charge me for it. They were very communicative about the process and throughout the process. Everyone who has to go in my crawl space always comments on how it's the nicest crawl space they've been in.

I had an experice like no other, I was treated like a I was nobody. Im a single mom of 7 who is fine with paying full price even once amonth i have 1 income that doesnt even cover expenses, I paid 150 initial treatment ok fine, second treatment was 75 ok fon great even , 3rd treatment we made appt . Tech said he had bigger job to do so rescheduled beings to how I have 1 job I can't afford any missed days but I tried to understand and rescheduled to b his convinces the day he could I wasn't available. Now 3 months later I notice a pick up in bugs due to neighbors treatments I called requested another treatment I understand business n even being busy. But I could understand being booked out a month or 2 ... but to be told find another company we're to busy to see you ever ... we'll that's an insult and very rude . Hey bug itches and chic don't forget it was us little people that built ur Company . Eat chit!

I had a really great experience with this company! I scheduled a termite treatment and an attic insulation installation. They got out to my house quickly and did a great job! They walked me through every step of the process and was happy with their prices. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Paid in May they cashed check 6/3 and never called to schedule my appointment. I called in July and was told yeah they are coming and call was ended. Calling today and calling my bank to get my money back.

I have suggested this company to friends. while the staff is nice and friendly. I have had them come out 4 times since April 11th and i still have ants. So now i call them again and they want to charge me another $100 that would be $325 for a single mother during a pandemic. def will not suggest them again. So disappointed.
