The first 2 service were great, on-time, friendly and fast. I was then charged for July and no one showed up. I called and you mentioned you were short staffed, but never received a call back or my July service. Then I was charged for August, I had to call back and spend almost an hour trying to get a refund and cancel my account. I’m sorry you are short staffed but you cannot continue to charge for services you are NOT providing.

They took our money and never provided service. We called to have them come out to correct the account and get what we paid for and Presto-X no showed a second time. Horrible company go somewhere else.

Stop and talked to a technician in the field. He couldn’t even tell me what prices were for a residential general pest program. Wonder what else he doesn’t know?

I have called 6 times over a 2.5 week timeframe and spoke to several individuals just to get an inspection lined up and even spoke to a manager at length to try to just get a call back from their scheduler and that has still not happened. I will take my business elsewhere.

Hi THE MOST CENSORED CHANNEL, we set a high standard for ourselves, and regret your experience did not meet those expectations. The manager will be reaching out to help resolve the issue.
Hoping for a quick phone call. Anything but. All I wanted was a one and done visit for pest control. I spent 45 minutes on the phone going over if they would come to my place, what it would cost and the monthly fees. Yes, monthly fees. I told them I wasn't interested in a monthly contract and it took another 10 minutes to get get different rate for that. I eventually hung up. We use this company where I work, and our rep we have is great, but I was very dissatisfied with what it takes to get an account set up for a residential person.

Very disappointed in their service, I would not recommend. They do not honor their guarantee and caused damage to my property. I contacted them to treat a rental property for Bed Bugs, they said they could take care of it and I was told that their work was guaranteed. Two different times they assured me the problem had been taken care of and that it was OK to move in new tenants. Both times the new tenants moved in and quickly reported that they were having issues with Bed Bugs. I contacted the service technician who told me that I would have to pay an additional $700 for additional treatments. Disappointed that the guarantee was not being honored I asked for his supervisors information. The supervisor did not answer or respond to my phone calls, he finally did send a text passing me off to his regional manager. The regional manager never responded to my multiple attempts to contact him. In addition to not fixing the Bug Bed problem they also caused damage to my laminate wood flooring by spraying excessive amounts of what I believe to be very watered down chemicals on the laminate flooring. I entered the unit hours after treatment to still find standing liquid throughout and the edges of the flooring warped. This company has cost me thousands of dollars and damage to my reputation.
