Ryan H came out and was able to identify the entry point of the bats with one quick lap around the house. Beyond fixing that he took the time to inspect the rest of the roof and other possible entry points and even sealed those to make sure no other unwanted guest could get in! Tremendous experience!

I cannot recommend Ryan at Anderson Pest Control highly enough! We affectionately call him the "Mouse Man" when he’s handling the little critters, and "Bat Man" whenever those issues pop up—he is truly a hero in both departments. Ryan has been to my 95-year-old mother’s house a few times now, and his service is consistently outstanding. Every time we call, he jumps right on the task with incredible speed and a great attitude. He is professional, thorough, and most importantly, patient and kind. He even came out today after a family member mistook a pile of dead roly-poly bugs for mouse droppings! Ryan handled it with total grace and didn't make us feel silly at all. If you want someone reliable, responsive, and genuinely helpful, Ryan is your guy.

After finding evidence of mice in our home I completed an on-line request form on Anderson Pest Control website, and was shocked when they responded within minutes! Not only were they quick to call, and I had two professionals at my house the very next day. They did a thorough job inspecting the home and where the mice likely entered, then professionally filled these areas and left us with some extra traps for in the house.
