Efficient prompt polite effective. All for a reasonable cost! Peace of mind, health and safety are important and serves me well Edit.My shed was not mentioned by technician. This was the most important thing I asked to be checked. If he did check it he never told me AFTERWARD nor in his report. This reflects poorly if my shed went ignored.

The service was non effective, we had ants the entire year that we used enviro gaurd. After I canceled my services with them they still withdrew funds from bank account, legal action are coming.

Our Services do come with Reservices and Follow Ups whenever needed at no additional cost. However, we do need to be notified that these services are needed. The only charge that was applied to your account after you discontinued services was the Early Discontinuation Fee. We would be more than happy to rectify the quality of your services as our Service Professionals are happy to fix any pest issues you may have!

Sales rep showed up on moving day when we were very stressed and tired and wouldn’t take no for an answer, literally kept pushing us. Also didn’t tell us about the $75 cancellation fee until after he debited my first payment. Called to cancel because after a good night sleep we came to our senses. They were supposed to come and do the inside as part of what I paid for before cancelling, they missed the appt, then had to reschedule. Finally got that done and called again to cancel, they kept saying they would call me back. Never did. Finally got ahold of them and they said they can’t waive the cancellation fee because I missed my 3 days grace (which I was never informed about). VERY DISHONEST COMPANY and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless you have a bunch of money 💵 to blow and don’t care. 🤷‍♀️

On the ticket it stated the interior and garage were treated. That was not accurate. These areas were not treated. As well, looking at the footsteps in the snow, I don't believe the tech got near the foundation of the house. I question the thoroughness of the treatment. Pricing is too high, and I was told I could cancel at any time. When I tried to cancel, I was told I signed a 2 year agreement. I specifically asked the sales guy if I could cancel at any time, and he said yes.

This company did not explain the terms of their contract, all the hidden fees, the fact they charge every month and lock oyu in a a 24 month plan and if you Cancel they will CHARGE YOU TO CANCEL. Furthermore, it's been 4 months since anyone has stopped by for service which they spend 5 minutes in and out and gone. It took them four (4) tries to get this cancelled AFTER in writing I submitted the Cancellation request. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE go elsewhere or do it yourself!

Just had a technician come out yesterday for the January quarterly visit. She stayed 5 minutes (verified by our outdoor cameras) and walked around with a bucket of granules, but didn’t even go fully around out house or even walk next to the foundation (the only prints in the snow were from our dog so it’s easy to see where she walked). You pay way more than what you’re getting. Not worth it at all.

Stay FAR away from this company. Door to door salesman came to our door and completely misled us. We signed (what we thought) for authorization to use our card BUT in fact they were signing us into a contract. (18 MONTHS!) Not only do you pay monthly to not get treatments monthly, the treatments you do get, don’t work!! We are so lost on what to do since the cancellation fee is insane and we were never informed of such in the beginning. So sad that legit companies do this to hard working low class citizens and refuse to help AT ALL!

I really thought I was going to like this company but now I simply can’t recommend them. After the initial service I was very happy with everything but after my second service I noticed that a service was marked as done but was not completed. I called to inquire about the mistake but was met with poor customer service and a lot of double talk. If something is marked as complete it should have been done, period. Hopefully it was a mistake and not bad business practices but based on the call I had, I have enough reservations that I canceled my service immediately. If I can not trust a service provider then I can’t have them anywhere new my house or family. Truly a big disappointment.
