We’ve been using this pest control service for almost a year now and have had a great experience. Ryan typically comes to our home to perform our services, and he’s always very considerate. Since I work from home and our dog tends to go crazy when someone knocks or rings the bell, Ryan always texts ahead of time to let me know he’s on the way and avoids knocking or ringing the doorbell. I do not recommend becoming involved with this company. I made the mistake of hiring them, then I found that I did not have a problem in the first place. About 2 months ago I sent in my payment in to their company by check, indicating that I was canceling my subscription. I put a block on the credit card that they had on file. Then, today I find they are using another card that I have not given them authorization to use. What I have learned is not to order this kind of service from a door to door solicitor, and especially do not get involved with a "subscription". Use a local company that handles themselves like a service company, earning your business.

After looking over your account, I do not see where there were any calls made to have an individual of management reach out to you regarding any concerns or requests to address for you. We would like the opportunity to do so if you would be willing to give us a call. Looks like my service manager has attempted to reach out a few times and has left voicemails but hasn't gotten a call back. We are here to help so would like the opportunity to do so. As far as the credit card situation, unsure how we would've gotten new card information unless it was provided by the customer. And the "subscription" is standard across the industry when hiring a professional licensed and insured pest control company. Im horrified! I started service this summer for $200 a time, 4 times a year. Im in SD. Its December. My yard doesnt actually have mosquitos in December. This is a scam!!!! I don't have time to babysit a company and tell them to keep their fingers off my money, every time I turn around.

Lied to us about the contract and the $250 cancelation fee that was never mentioned. Our understanding was we were paying for three visits and nothing more. They only came 2 times. I called and left 5 messages with there answering service. First they said he would be in after two, then he would call me, then sorry he is not avaliable. Then we sent you an email, no email ever came. They would not give me the manager name or email address. Then I drove to the "office" in Sioux Fall. It is not really an office just a parking spot and small warehouse for the supplies. No one there. Then I did some more research and discover there are law suits against the company for unethical business practices! No surprise there. I blocked them! Good Luck if you use them!

I have paid way over 800 dollars saw them spray on the first day they took 200 dollars have been paying 63 a month since June and haven't seen them since. 800 dollars and have more ants of different kinds then ever before. Then say coming every 3 months come on its winter time. Still 6 months only seen them once not to happy. I just want my money back and move on.

Cade lied to me from the second I opened my door. Four days later, I'm still trying to sort it all out. Very unprofessional, rude, demeaning and more on the phone with me. Absolutely horrible he used names of my neighborhood to get me to 'get services discounted. ' I never did see their trucks on Saturday at the names he used. Small towns protect each other. Especially our elders and disabled, which I happen to fall in that category. I've spoken with CS in Logan, UT, who knows where and an email was being sent to management. These "salesmen", travel and do this. It shows. Watch yourselves people. Please don't get duped like I did. ***********EDIT********** I JUST SPOKE WITH MY LIVING NEIGHBOR CADE USED AGAINST ME, AS THE OTHER NAME IS SADLY MISSED AND DEPARTED. SHE'S BEEN GONE. PART OF CADE'S SALES PITCH WAS 'WELL WE'LL BE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, SO I CAN DISCOUNT YOUR PRICE TO THIS....' USING TWO OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD PROMINENT PEOPLE'S NAMES. We have had 3 unsolicited knocks on our door within the last 2 months - all at supper time when we are trying to feed our toddler. They use the same tactic every time and no, I don’t know so-and-so down the street. I would be super annoyed if they were telling people that I am that neighbor down the street with bugs at my house, by the way. Their sales people are pushy and can’t take no for an answer. We are about to get a No Solicitors sign just for this company. We will never use Fox because of this. Do not go door to door - this tactic stopped working decades ago.

I was misled by the door to door salesman as to what my total cost would be, 1st treatment was done way to quickly and I still have ants which was my major concern. You really don't have time to thoroughly read the contract when presented to you and the contract is extremely one sided in favor of Fox. Customer has virtually no rights or recourse in the contract. Where the customer shows initalling the contract ARE NOT my initials. I canceled my contract once I had time to thoroughly read it it.

Karl, we actually spoke on the phone about the misunderstanding and I had offered to make amends. As mentioned in our conversation, every home is different and sometimes requires more than one treatment (at no charge) to get to the root of the problem. Especially with colonized pests such as ants. I Offered to credit your account and lower your monthly rate as well for the confusion on the sales aspect of things and offered to send one of my professionals out to assess the situation with the ants and decide the right course of action, but you refused. Thank you for sharing your feedback as everyone has a right to express their opinions but we did try and fix the issues for you.

Absolutely horrible. They went door to door and sold my grandma and locked her into a contract for 3 years and are charging her 185 every quarter to do absolutely nothing. They are here for 3 minutes and do a little spray around the home and doesn’t even kill anything. Absolute ripoff. They also lock you in and you can’t leave unless you pay 300 bucks.

We definitely do not service homes in 3 minutes as our normal service takes close to 40 minutes on an initial visit. The contract length is agreed upon between customer and salesman however, we do have other alternatives we can offer.
