Kevin my Orkin man is friendly, respectful and nice to work with. He answers my questions and I trust his spraying inside and outside my home. Orkin has helped me with one mouse in my house and I have had no ants this year! I’m very happy with my Orkin services!

We had Sheldon come and set traps around our building. He was a very nice and knowledgeable guy. If you’re having trouble with pests, I would give Orkin a call!

Showed up on time sprayed house exterior for box elder and stink bugs. Five days later returned and resprayed because there was no difference in infestation. Two days later, still no difference. I called and was told they would come a third time the following week. I asked if they were going to do anything different and was told no. I asked why the results would be different doing the same thing? Obviously, doesn’t work and I would like a refund. Was told a manager would call me. That was a week ago, no call.

Appointment made. Nobody showed up. Called or left message. No returned call. Wasted time. Dont bother with this branch of Orkin!

Have a Major Springtails problem 3 Bug guys that knocked on my door after many applications couldn’t not slow the Springtails down in fact their doing better, expanding their range I hope this works As it says in your ad “ Exterminator” l hope so!!

The service was good, but scheduling could use some work. After setting my appointment date and time via text it was rescheduled without asking my preference of date and time. No one contacted me to let me know the appointment had been changed so I sat home waiting for them to show up. I’ve used them in the past and have not had this kind of issue with scheduling before.

I have used orkin for years in 2 different homes. The Sioux Falls location is getting harder and harder to work with. I had to reschedule last week because I am not supposed to have treatments before I can be home at 530. So she rescheduled me for today between 530/6. Got a text saying they will be there at 4 today. I called and they offered to reschedule again but this could continue to happen. So I will be looking for someone local at this point.

After trying to post everything that happened, I am rewriting because it says I went over the character limit so I am summerizing a ton. Long story short, I took a bath along with the flea spray chemical and burned my lower half along with my face amongst the other symptoms I experienced. Went to the emergency room. Made several calls to finally get the active ingredient after I got home from the emergency room as I never recieved any paperwork before or after to read or sign then brought my pet to the vet emergency. I did see that I had to sign an agreement that was sent on the 28th, a day before the service date but didn't pay attention to my emails/spam that day since I was working the whole day and didn't read I needed to sign it until today. Surprisingly, I haven't received a check up call after experiencing the immense pain I was in Friday and Saturday. I am now doing better although I have a strong urge to itch my body. I am still having flea bites after walking through the house without socks or pants and only wearing shoes and a shirt. I know I could get them to come back and spray everything over again but can't trust them at the moment as I'm still processing everything me and my cat went through.
