Terrible service.

Not impressed at all. They come over and bang on the wall with the end of the hammer and then charge and exuberant amount of money every year. I requested Jeff Manheimer to help out with the increasing amounts EVERY year and he declined. Been a customer since 2005. The annual renewal has gone up EVERY year...a difference of $131 from my origination date. Additionally, I had an issue with swarming termites and they did nothing about it.

With them for years. Told us we needed to get some area retreated because of a dog. Called them and told them there was no dog digging there. Guy on the phone said okay. Then they never called back to schedule anything. Never said you've got X number of days to do something. Never communicated anything to us. Called them a while back to find out why they hadn't scheduled the yearly visit and they said they dropped us. No chance. No warning. No timetable. No nothing. Arguments on the phone ensued and they said an owner would call us back. Nobody did. I wouldn't do business them again. Ever.

I've had several bad experiences with Truly Nolen. Terrible response time and communication. The last straw was when they told me once I replaced the rotten wood under the house, I would be able to be bonded in addition to the yearly treatment. I replaced all rotten wood and had the subflooring closed cell insulated. They now, refused to bond my house since there is insulation in place they claim that the wood cannot be inspected even though they came to inspect before the insulation was installed but have no record of that visit. Terrible customer service and will never use them again. Avoid.
