Clark's Termite & Pest Control

I don't use this company anymore bc they use to show up UNANNOUNCED and spray and never tell us until a month later and we have small children and needed to know - but they are always in my neighborhood and THEY DRIVE THROUGH my hard every time they are near my house. They park on the edge of the shared grass areas or and they drive through yards to "back up into the drive way." I've seen one drive through a yard to get around. UPS truck! We have used this company for 4.5 years for all of our pest control and termite bond. I called on Friday looking for help with fruit flies in my mom’s in-law apartment. They told me they would call me back to see if they could get anyone out earlier than the end of the month. When I didn’t receive a return phone call by Monday I called them back. The woman I spoke to said that they didn’t treat for aphids and couldn’t give me any assistance. They sure are quick to send their Invoices though

If you want long hold times, missed appointments, and terrible service, then Clark is the company for you. My personal experience has been nothing but frustration. Over the years, I’ve had Clark service multiple properties, and their customer service has only gotten worse. Reaching anyone takes 10–20 minutes (if you’re lucky enough to get through at all), and when you finally do, no one seems to have a clue about your account. Their billing website is a nightmare, and even after years of being
