Still have mice, still have ants. My house is clean, we just couldn’t get rid of field mice. I had to buy stuff from the store from the ants because they came out twice and Orkin couldn’t get rid of them. We’ve had Orkin for about 6 months now. They didn’t show up last month, however I still had to pay because they get you in a contract. The customer service was HORRIBLE…sales rep by the name of Keith was just trying to make a sale but not communicating about the work that was to be completed..I needed a bird’s nest removed from my vent and sanitized and he came up with a ridiculous price with no breakdown and when asked about it he would read the messages and not respond. I’ve been an Orkin customer for over 15 years, but this recent experience left me very disappointed. I needed to reschedule my appointment near the end of August. Instead of simply moving it, I was pushed repeatedly to just accept an outside-only treatment. I said no, I wanted a later appointment. Less than five minutes later, a manager calls and basically forces me into taking the outside treatment anyway. Is this really how you treat long-time customers?
