Completely happy with them. I had questions before I was a customer, and this was the only place that would actually answer them without wanting to come out and look. I asked and he called me back and we talked about everything while he was on vacation. He could have said he would call back in a few days but he took care of us and gave me the time. That means more to me than most other factors.

Porty City Pest Control has no contract and transparency on their fee + what it covers. Had fire ants that were biting my dog and so far all gone. Highly recommend.

When I called Port City Pest Control I spoke with the owner and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He was very knowledgeable and was familiar with our area and needs. They came out and did a thorough job. We have not seen any insects in the house since our first treatment. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone.

We have had Port City Pest Control for about a year now and are very pleased with the results. Have had no issues and have no complaints! Daniel has made this super easy. We have used a few pest control companies in the past and have always had some sort of disruption of service or the product just didn’t seem to work. Port City has done a great job providing quarterly services for our home! They make it a done-for-you process by scheduling the treatment automatically, so I never forget. Their techs are always professional and timely, I don’t have to be home for the exterior service, and bugs are at a minimum (the goal, right?) The price was really good compared to other companies but MOSTLY they didn’t pressure me into a contract! I reached out for a one-time treatment, was impressed by their customer service and pricing, so signed up for quarterly services. It was zero pressure, and when recently I had to move out of state and unfortunately cancel, they made it easy and didn’t nickel and dime me or anything, 10/10 would recommend!

Port City Pest Control is the best! I have used several other companies since moving here to SC and no one is better. The team is great, they are quick to respond and always make sure to check in and treat wherever needed. We also just switched to them for termite control and they were very easy to work with. Port City Pest is a welcome change from the monthly “subscription” companies that lock you into monthly payments for quarterly treatments for 12+ months, cancellation fees and minimal service. Daniel is excellent with communication and follow through. Hunter is friendly, professional and prompt. We’ve just switched to them and look forward to their service.

Had a few bumps in the road. Guess I complained a little to much. But Hunter did great this time having him come out a few times till we got it right. No more spiders I mean brown widows and eggs everywhere. We were in a fight for life with this invasion in 10 years never have I ever had a problem like this. Myself an my daughter never seen so many spiders daily. Because we spend a lot of time in our back yard. So far I'm happy , but most services speak for their self since we just stared a few months ago. Time will tell no excuses!! I also don't need any shade throwing , lived in South Carolina for 13 years I know one or two bugs or spiders are to be expected can't kill them all but you can help build a barrier when your neighbors don't keep up with pest control. Stand bye with conviction.
