Aruza Pest Control

Well, lesson learned on my end. Ensure you read everything! I had another company, and paid $50 a month, and they were decent. Aruza came around stated they would do flea and tick, included in the package $59. Well, stupid me didn’t fully read the package. It doesn’t cover flea and tick. Now, I get more ant hills, in my yard, and fleas and ticks, and pay more money. Careful of these people. So talked to the company, they stated yes all out doors stuff is on the plan. I would give this company a zero-star review. I have been extremely unimpressed by the ethics of this company. I had a young gentleman come door-to-door (which I should have known it was a scam) and decided to give Aruza a shot. The only reason I shook hands on the deal was the re-insurance that I could cancel the services at any time with no fees.... This was not true, whatsoever. The process of cancelling took ages and they did not honor their end of the deal. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ARUZA! Unethi

I just want to comment that while I have never used this company I have another so nothing against the company themselves. However I will say when it comes to customer service and declining services I will say the people that come to the neighborhoods and offer the service are very impolite, try to be too persuasive, and very consistent to the point it’s to the point I have to get stern and say “ I am fine but no thank you, can you remove yourself from my property” after I have declined already
